Following that war it was realized that 80% of the population was Muslim which were the amount, that wanted independence from Serbia, since there was such abuse and tregedy between Serbia and Kosovo the only way to ensure Albanian survival was to create an independent state. The same reason Israel was created to protect them from ethnic attack. It may not be right to remove land, but this guy clearly is biased against Muslims.

Frankly, this whole situation is wrong. everyone needs to drop the ideas of revenge and allow things to settle. Nothing will be fine till then. Kosovo is independent. Israel is too, maybe people dont like it, but noone has the right to remove the Israelis or Kosovars from their country. Kosovo was a Serbian state until the Kosovar War in 1999. Whether there was ethnic cleansing or not (which I believe there was considering there were 800,000 refugees but thats another story.
