if only i had know about this like a year ago this game gave me so much stress on veteran it makes the other cod games look easy

@EddNeeds codwaw loads quicker on xbox than the ps3 if you have realized that

1.Start the game on veteran any mission (it will work in certin missions not all),

2.Right after you get a (check point) on the mission save and quit.

3.Go to mission select and pick the one mission you got a (check point) and select the diffculty on recruit.

4.Once the mission is loading quit the game wen the white loading bar is in the middle

5,Then load the game again and resume the game.

This works, you have same health that you have in Veteran, but enemies are dumb and they don't hit you often, they also won't grenade spam like they did in Veteran.

@Le4dF4rmer666 CoD 3 has worse checkpoints than Black Ops. Example being that you won't get a single checkpoint unless you destroy 3 tanks or cannons or whatever else. Plus there's so many bugs and the friendly fire is so damn annoying. Like if you accidentally throw a grenade and sometimes your allies are dumb enough to actually walk into it then you restart from the last terrible checkpoint lol. I also don't like that your allies are like always crouching lol..

@Le4dF4rmer666 I just am not gonna bother with Treyarch's games anymore lol they make it unfair for you whereas IW did a good job of making MW2 not too hard but still not too easy if you know what I mean. I think in some ways CoD 3 is harder than WaW lol the checkpoints are even worse.

@Le4dF4rmer666 Yea I tried the glitch but could never be sure if it actually worked. I tried it before I did Blowtorch and found it quite easy, much easier than I thought it'd be. It was probably the flamethrower that made it that way though. I'm pretty sure it doesn't work now lol. And good luck, Black Ops is supposed to be quite hard because the checkpoints aren't that great. I've just gotta do that No Fighting in the War Room then I've done, CoD 4, WaW and MW2 Veteran yay.

The bullets are veteran but the brains are Recruit. It's like giving a special needs kid a gun instead of a Marine

thank you! this works 100% and im on the ps3. i made it to blow torch and corkscrew but i've gave up on it for like 4 months since it pissed me off real bad and finally got back to it and saw this video which helped me beat the game on veteran and got the platinum trophy yesterday.

grenade spam and miracle 100% accuracy on guns with recoil make it almost impossible to beat the game on vet. so i need to learn this... im on relentless legit but its too much

It works and it isn't that hard to do. The enemy AI will be recruit. Your health, and grenade spam will still be veteran. Also, if I am not mistaken your friendly AI will be a little smarter and help out more. Thanks for the video.

nah, dosnt work you think it works but clearly it dosnt becuase you get a red screen after 1 shot and you die easily from grenades which are not that close! good try though ;-)

The reason I died so much, was because I tried rushing through the level so my video would make it under the 10 minute mark, but that didn't work, because when you run past enemies on any difficulty, they all start shooting at you.

Besides that, had this glitch NOT worked, I WOULD HAVE NEVER COMPLETED BLOWTORCH AND CORKSCREW, HEART OF THE REICH, AND DOWNFALL....

I will PM you my gamertag if I have to prove it.

@RobertHochberg You don't have to be offline, I was online when I did it and it worked fine.

The reason people say it "doesn't work", is because like 89% of them try rushing through the levels after they do it. I guarantee it works, or I would have never beaten "Blowtorch and Corkscrew" and "Heart of the Reich". on Veteran.

I wouldn't say fake, but I'm betting it has been patched already as I sadly couldn't make it work even after about 10 attempts and dashboarding closer and closer to the end of the loading bar...

@reddeadhunter2703 Uh, no. It's not fake. You clearly posted even before watching it, and even more clearly before you actually tried it. This works 100% positively, especially on the two hardest missions, "Heart of the Reich" and "Downfall". I would know this works, because if it didn't, I guarantee you I would have never beat "Heart of the Reich" and all the bullshit included with it.

@HelpForPS3 I can't really say it does, or does not, as I do not own a PS3. Your best bet would be to try it, and if it does work, you'll notice a difference easily during gameplay, but if the game still seems really difficult, then probably not.
