  • @BasePlug It is not just skill, but also matchups that determine the outcome. Chun Li is a good anti-Dhalsim character. Cammy and Fei Long also have matchup advantages against Dhalsim. Balrog/Vega/Claw is an even better anti-Dhalsim character.
