The Native Americans had a perfect society where everyone depended on each other. Everyone shared, no one "owned" anything, any land. It all belongs to the earth after all, and they had a balance with it, no deforestation, no plastic oceans. There was no competition yet everyone was happy. And in the Soviet Union, most people worked hard and pursued higher education due to pride, not petty, monetary benefits. I saw an excellent documentary about Robert Owen by PBS, interesting experiment village

Her physical appearance is irrelevant to her political alignment. A prime example is Sarah Palin, who finished well in a least two major beauty pageants, and is solidly "conservative". (Note the quotes, because the republican party are only selectively conservative by the definition that Marina presents in this interview. They are happy to stamp out any existing law that serves against them.)

Actually I feel that the definition she gave is correct. The philosophy it self is to be free from or even eradicate the government's mandate over you.
However, there has to be some form of rules within a community (small government) to make sure people are kept rational. Other wise Anarchism can arise since humans are naturally inclined to be anarchists.
Once you can go to any extreme within libertarianism you can become an Anarchist. So they could relate to each other.

I think you mean that there is a big difference between libertarianism and a libertine philosophy. Hedonism is merely placing the pursuit of pleasure of above all else. In fact J.S. Mill philosophy and libertarianism is a type of hedonism (see. the harm principle) based on a humanistic viewpoint. A libertine OTOH strives for pleasure in a nihlistic pathway and is morally unrestrained. See, Marquis de Sade.

Exactly! Libertarian is sometimes confused with libertine. O'reily job is to talk politics and so probably knows the difference. He was just using the opportunity to purposefully misinform. Libertarians wish only to eliminate the immoral use of force (aggressive rather than defensive) from human affairs. What results is a wonderful amount of individual liberty, but it does not relieve one from personal responsibility. The U.S. has become soft-socialist but was founded on libertarian ideas.
