I agree. Not only is the playing style different from Marko's but that's an 8 string bouzouki. Marko played a 6 string. But I still like it.

No grkdevil. Markos always played a 6 string bouzouki. The 8 string bouzouki did not even exist during Markos's career.

As for the picture, that bouzouki may have 8 machine heads but it's still a 6 stringer. Bouzouki makers often used mandolin tuners which come in groups of 4 per side thus leaving 2 spares. As weird as it sounds, you'll often see 6 string bouzoukis from that era with 8 machine heads.
