If Anakin had stayed in the Council room Palpatine would have just killed Mace instead of waiting around for Anakin to come. Mace was not the Chosen One and couldn't kill Palpatine. This is still incredable video. It fits Anakin and Luke so perfectly. It never fails to make me cry.
In the end if anakin had just stayed in the council tower like he was instructed by mace windu none of it would have happened; palpatine would have died, there would be no empire and Padme would have lived.
Great video. I cried and cried. I agree with La7Q6; so much of the film centered on their secret love, and how they were really star crossed. Obi Wan couldn't have helped because it was forbidden. So sad. Good job!
In the movie Obi-Wan doesnt know the reason to why Anakin turned, maybe if he did he could have helped.
But I still say, it would have been cool if Anakin was killed by Obi-Wan or if the figure of Qy-Gon had appeared when Anakin fought Obi-Wan then he instructed Obi-Wan to kill him.
Qui-Gon Jin would never tell Obi-Wan to kill someone, especially "the Chosen One". That would be terrible...if they killed anakin then the emporer would have killed luke at the end of episode VI and the empire would still rule the galaxy.

This really makes you think if Padme would've lived do you think that he would've turned to the dark side? I mean I guess it was inevitable, but would he have for his kids? it's sad that anakin has to turn evil, but if it didnt happen, the movie wouldnt be as good... but it still makes me sob like a baby -.-
