Setup OpenDNS fast and Simple

@santybm actually they eventually figured it out and put blocks on everything! including youtube, so i switched it to googles dns servers, and it works real good

@mastax1234 change their DNS to (224.67.222.444 and 208.66.222.999) that will make their network slower than DSL haha
