If you don’t like the shine that the liquid liner gives just set it or go over it with a true matte black eyeshadow. Trust me its brilliant :)

Great videos. 1. Did you already have a liner on the inside of your lash? I find that I need to fill the spaces within my lash line also because although my hair is black I can also see the flesh through my lashes. I guess because they are sparse. I have short extremely curly lashes so using any liner is difficult for me but I've managed.

@treasurecat03isme I get praises from people who LOVE the fact that I use all MAC products. And then I get the few that dislike that I use MAC because they'd prefer me to use brands that suit them. Which would require me spending more than what I have too, so it's not really convenient for me. The point is you really can't please everyone. I deliver the techniques and walk you through the process. it's up to YOU as a subscriber to find products that work best for you. That's what we all do here.

I appreciated the tip about looking down for 10-20 seconds to allow the liquid eyeliner to dry for those who have hooded eyes (or bedroom eyes as I like to call them). I don't know how many times I've applied liquid eyeliner and then have a black line as if I'm trying to do a cut-crease look, but that wasn't the look I was going for.

@iitsNova it doesn't really hurt to get the liner in your lashes a bit, if anything it helps make them darker when mascara is applied.

@Mzqueen4236 Gelliner is the answer! It's easier, as well. I used to have the same problem when using liquid liner. My lashes would be covered in it :)

@Mzqueen4236 as you can see my eyelashes are long and get in the way too, my technique is no different from anyone elses, you can hold your lashes down with another finger while you apply the liner if that helps.
