I'm guessing they decided it didn't matter if they killed Orphan, they are going to save Cocoon no matter what happens so why not take out this massively annoying, evil, pain in the ass fal-cie? They're gonna control their lives, fates and the worlds too, not some scum who wants the world to end.

FDeeJay: cos Fang & Vanilla transformed into Ragnarok they had the power to make the crystal pillar that supports Cocoon. They sacrificed themselves to save Cocoon, like Hope said: If they have the power to destroy cocoon then they must have the power to save it.

Actually Orphan is born by the fusion of three separated entities. The blue one comes from Dysley/Barthandelus, the yellow wing comes from the bird Menrva. So who's the white one and where it cames from?

In order to solve the mistery you must answer another question first. On the preview scene Dysley was sitting on a throne, where is that throne gone now? If you look closely on the preview scene you could answer both questions and solve the mistery.
