She did not refused medical treatment. She declined it at first. An hour later, she asked for it, but it was delayed 7 hours, because of Canadian medical procedures/no helicopter transport. Medical experts have commented that there could have been a 4 hour opportunity to save someone in her condition.
Thank you for the clip of the Tony acceptance speech. Liam's smile at her thanks to him, and her thanks to her mother are priceless. She also dedicated the award to her Poppa, Tony. She said: This is for you, Poppa; after all, it's a Tony!"
cause of death was epidural hematoma (bleeding between the skull and the brain's covering). Wonder if the doctors could have released the pressure (from the blood leaking/accumulating) between her skull and brain resulting in brain stem being crushed and eventually shutting down all her vital organs (death).
If she had been airlifted to a neurosurgeon and the proper facilities, perhaps she could have been saved. Overall, more people should have helped her get medical help. She was injured, and needed assistance.
She was the example of a proper English lady. I'm concerned for her mum as she's getting up there&having to morn your daughter is a big strain (look at what happened to the Queen Mum). I hope that the family will get the support they need during this sad time. It's a shame that Wild Child was her last film (being in a movie with Emma Roberts isn't how anyone would want to be remembered). I wish she'll be remembered for The White Countess instead&generous spirit in charity work for AIDS.
I agree completely. I was telling my mom the other day how i was worried for the family, because Vanessa is 72, and i would just be un- movable if Vanessa passed away.
Natasha is such an amazing person, and will definitely be remembered for her personality and strength and roles in Broadway and Film (minus disgusting Wild Child)
