  • Great video Ka. You always inspire me. How about adding some sunflower greens grown inside. They add a lovely fresh taste to everything...the children always make me smile.

  • In Toronto we have China town where I can get a fantastic selection of tropical fruits all year around. This keeps me raw and happy during the winter. In the summer I like to buy local. I love your show! Peace.

  • Nothing better than running from the waves and throwing rocks when you are a kid. I love all your coats. Did you get them from 'Blackyak"? I need a new one as the wool on my right elbow has worn through.

Do you know where to get truly raw honey in the uk?

Such a loving, warm Bye bye. Thank you.

  • i try to buy everything that is seasonal, as well as organic..

  • Good thing for modern times we can all be raw year round if we choose to.

I was thinking about that this winter. If I were to go localvore I would have to start eating deer, squirrels, turkeys and rabbits for the main part of my diet in the winter.

Thankfully I have other options called imported foods.
