its funny that my dad says that malware-bytes deletes files that shouldnt be deleted when it works just fine for me since the beginning and it helped me solve the impossible :D
Nice video, a review with a twist. One question though, why do you run sandboxie in a VM? You could simply use the VM as a 'sandbox'. Isn't running one inside the other kind of an over kill. Or have I missed something?
@PALIL2 Those viruses couldn't work on my PC because my Windows was up to date and my browsers were up to date. That's why I need a VM because it has that old IE and I didn't update it.
@DirtyCodingHabitz Having Windows and your Browser being up to date doesn't quite get you to immunity from this batch of viruses (all of the examples you give come from one family of scamware) You need at least a rule based Multi-layer protection program like No-Script. I have had variants of this virus infect three different user's computers without them having chosen to run any such program. Quick and Dirty. The progam SandBoxIE is a wonderful program though, if you have a good plan for it.
Sandboxie is a box that trap virus inside it, but however with no antivirus are not recommended, some virus travel through USB and CD or if you have multiple pc in ur house worm can easily jump from one to another
@Kaioken20XGoku Those are Rogue viruses and its not scanning, its just fooling you that you have viruses and you need to install the rogue anti-virus.
@DarkFuture69 I have IDM as well. When you download something, IDM will start up sandboxed and when the download finishes, Sandboxie should ask you to recover the file in the same folder.
@megalo You should install Sandboxie at your friends house and yourself. With Sandboxie you don't really have to worry about rogues or other threats :).
@mxp747 Norton is an idiot, and you just proved my point lol. This is why Anti-viruses are shit, they detect stuff as viruses when they are 100% safe.
I can assure you that its 100% safe and you will never get infected. I just had a person using Norton 360 and his Norton didn't detect it as a virus... which is weird and normal for anti-virus behavior.
@Kaioken20XGoku Keep your product keys somewhere safe. What I'm trying to say is that Norton and all the rest of the anti-viruses will just slow down your PC and can't keep up with the latest virus threats.
You won't be disappointed with Sandboxie because it can stop any virus that tries to access your PC. You are in control when you surf and you decide what goes into your PC.
You can also add your USB drives in Sandboxie so when you enter it it can't infect your PC.
Does Sandboxie provide you with features such as Anti-Phishing,Malware Protection,Spam Protection,Backup,Registry Cleanup,Internet Temporary File Cleanup,Disk Defragmentation????
@Kaioken20XGoku Sandboxie doesn't provide you any of those crappy features "anti-phishing,malware,spam,backup etc". Sandboxie does allow you to search the web 100% safe. If you download stuff like Keygens or cracks, you can run them sandboxed by right clicking on them.
I use CCleaner to clean my registry. I use UltraDefrag to defragment and optimize my PC (see my UltraDefrag tutorial). I do not backup my PC because I haven't been infected since 2008 :).
@Kaioken20XGoku I have tried all of them. Unfortunately, they use up to much resources from the PC and slow it down. They can't protect you 100% because there are thousands of new viruses made every hour.
That's why I'm recommending Sandboxie to everything because 1. It can keep you 100% safe from viruses 2. It uses so little resources from the PC to function.
I uninstalled my Kaspersky Internet Security 3 Key User that has over a year left. So give Sandboxie a go and see for yourself :).
I'm using this to block Origin. Bastards!

@whocare9999 Sandboxie has options to start USB's and CD's sandboxed. If you have multiple computers you need to install Sandboxie on all of them ;).

@DirtyCodingHabitz I saw you scannig with Sandboxie at 3:53-6:11
It showed YOUR PC IS INFECTED!!! in this Video of yours
How'd you do that?

@Kaioken20XGoku Those are Rogue viruses and its not scanning, its just fooling you that you have viruses and you need to install the rogue anti-virus.

How did you get that Sandboxie.txt File?
Kaioken20XGoku 1 year ago
@Kaioken20XGoku I created the text file myself lol. I just added those urls in so I can test them.
DirtyCodingHabitz 1 year ago
Pretty ballsy of you to go to urls that have rogue anti-malware programs. I had to deal with two of those recently on my friends computers.

The name of this anti-virus is sure cute!xD
Sand + Boxie
BOXIE!!!lol!xD
Kaioken20XGoku 1 year ago
@Kaioken20XGoku LOL. By the way its not an anti-virus, its called a Sandbox which it traps the viruses in the box.
But the name is cute lol.

Yeah
I think I should
Now I have to search for that Norton Product Key or else I am History cuz it has got 1 Years of License
Kaioken20XGoku 1 year ago
Norton 360 Provides you with all those features together =]
But heck yeah!
First I gotta find my Norton Product Box with that Serial Number[To be safe cuz after I uninstall Sandboxie if I don't like it]
Then I can Intsall Sandboxie =D

I am using Norton 360 All in One Security Anitvirus
Is that good enough???100% Virus Protection????
And also.
Check up on AVG,Kaspersky,McAffee

AnimeSage285 1 year ago
@AnimeSage285 I said anti-viruses slow down your computer. Plus they are annoying with their alerts and can't keep you safe 100%.
Sandboxie can trap any new virus that comes out and you can terminate it whenever you want.

hmm, never heard of this before, sounds scary loll

@DarkFuture69 You can save them when your browser is unsandboxed :).
