yeh this is his new tone, well i say new but i have seen a video of him back in 1995 with dokken using the same tone. i preferred his old tone to tbh. his looks better in this video i think when he decided to buff out it made his playing more tense and less fluid. dunno about his gloves though. it was probably cold lol.
