My name is Matt. About a year ago God put it on my heart to spread the news of the Gospel through the changes it makes in myself and people. I have a podcast that i started as well as a website that i made yesterday. My freind and I are starting a club at school, yes i am 16 lol, to spread the word to anyone who wants to come to it. I am so blessed to have a wonderful fellowship of the teens at my youth group and wonderful youth leaders and pastors to run everything by! Thanks!
Good Questions. Let’s deal with a few. God has always allowed the wheat to grow with the tears. God's true people will always be victorious and triumph in him, for Jesus said my sheep know my voice. So the people of the Lord can sift through the phony. The real people of God will shine with true light.
Stacey, you go girl! oustanding comments, words of wisdome. Is all about testifying what God has done for us. We are all ministers in Christ, but let's be carefull on what we say, cause we have to answer to him.
Before I got on your site. I had already thought about doing internet evangelism. Sometimes people have messages that they want to share with others and Internet is a great free high way to minister to others. It could even be a start to a future bigger thing.
Stacy this was excellent! Praise the Lord for this wisdom. There is a great balance brought out here. Good points. It is about the Call, the Anointing and most importantly the PURE Gospel message!
Stacey, Youtube tells me your reply but I don't see it here. Given your reply, I'd ask you to re-read my comment below (which wasn't negative), and then maybe re-reply? Thanks :)
One last thing, going to church every time the doors are open does not make you a christian.Yes I think it is good to fellowship with other believers and encourage one another. But I see no reason if your cautious in choosing the forum or room to chat in,that the fellowship and encouragement that you are looking for.Can just as easily come from the internet. OK I think I'm done y'all, God Bless :)
Read Daniel 12:4 - if it weren't for technology there R 3 people I know would B on there way to hell right now.
I've led them & still guiding them.
NOT leaving them to themselves. Two R N church, one does NOT have a church (other than CATHOLIC - yikes) near him. I've used the internet to connect him with Perry Stone, Dr. Stanley, Dr. Jeremiah, Dr. Merritt, Dr. Hindson, Hal Lindsey etc.
I'm double-minded about this question. On the one hand, the Lord said "a student is not above his teacher", so we each need a teacher who GOD ALONE gifts to us, Eph4:11-16 (Greek). So the 'cafeteria' approach to getting Word in you is not God's Design.
On the other hand, no teacher has but at most an hour a day (well, my pastor taught every day) -- so you NEED to also spend time researching in Bible and with others, to be sure you're learning what God means you to learn.
God provides the ability, but you must show you WANT to learn. To merely swallow or spit out what your teacher says, is wrong.
So I guess the answer is, do BOTH: 1) find the teacher GOD appointed for you, and stay under him. 2) Also research, discuss Word with your fellow kings-in-training, so you become skilled in it, 2Tim3:16. That makes internet invaluable.
I never said it was Michelle :) People do make that assumption of ministers, I once did. My husband an I were members of a baptist church for 13 years, baptized there so was our son.The downfall came when we both began to work there, me for 7 yrs my husband for 11yrs.We saw behind the curtin, saw things your average church goer never saw. We were burnt, we are still looking for a church. It's not about the "number" on Sunday morning, or how big or how fast your church can grow.
Or it shouldn't be it should be about the people. The lost the misfit, the ones who are looked down upon. The people that need to be reached the most, the ones who may never set foot in a church again because of the way they are treated. I AM NOT saying all churches are this way, this is just my experience.YES! if one can be reached via Internet or church, that is AWESOME ! that is what it's about,I think some churches have lost sight of that.
Excellent topic. I believe it is not the credentials that make the pastor. It is the anointing. As with all that come in the name of Christ their words must be in line with the word of God. Or they may be a wolf in sheeps clothing.
Many people do not attend formal churches, or have never been churched, so this is a good avenue to help those that want to know but don't know about the Lord.
2You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everybody. 3You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
Thankyou for sharing sweetie. Great video Stacey! 5***** If even one person can be reached by an internet ministry then it is a blessing!. Thankyou all for the work you do in HIS name! Be blessed.....Diane.
You raise valid and thought provoking questions, and I appreciate you for allowing God to use you in this forum. I have seen and heard some questionable ministries on line, but praise God for the authentic. When it lines up with the Word, it is for the upbuilding of the Body of Christ. Continue to be the mouthpiece of God!

I have learned this one thing the hard way. Ministers on line or of a church are only human, and are not perfect, they make mistakes.
katientexas 3 years ago
its not fair to expect people to be perfect :)

It's also a great sharing tool.
