  • horribly wrong...but a nice attempt, thanks for trying. If you plan on doing mroe, two tips: better lighting, and better research.

im pretty sure thats the intro, followed by a hammered e minor chord.

    just sayin.

  • thank you!! iv'e been trying to learn this song for a while this helped alot! :D

  • I though it was very helpful. I'm terrible at guitar and he showed this in a way i could understand and what i felt and herd was right. So thanks (:

  • message to everyone. . . . . .do not listen to this guy!

  • After the slide, your supposed to do a pull off, not strum again.

  • Yeah, um...about the only thing you got right about the song is where the capo is. Your strum pattern, chords, intro...are wrong. I'll post a vid and give YOU a lesson on how to play this song. Don't take offence to this...I just want to help ;)

  • Try to prepare more before you give a lesson man...

  • This is not so bad, but i think the strum pattern isn't right! You should listen to the song some more =)

  • LOL. @ 3:43 for giving us the finger.

  • that was terrible man...you should learn how to actually learn how to play the song before you post a tutorial on it. i don't know how well your ear for music is but if you listen to the song your pretty off dude..your capo is right though..keep playing

    \

  • your pretty off man, the capo is in the right place, but the rest is sketchy man. it should be 022000 as the strum pattern and switch it up to 054030 and slide that to a 032010 and thats the strum patterns. it changes up each time he plays but thats a lil closer.

  • what's the stum pat?

  • @Jacobh0846 duh cuz u cant see the whole guitar

  • thanks man! that was alot of help

  • way off waaaayyyy off

  • good attempt but your missing some key part, very close though, props man

  • wrong..but it was a good effort man.

  • thanks for the effort. but poor kids who use this to learn the song.

  • idk why everyone thinks it's so horrible. haha

    i think it's very good (:

  • awfuly wrong, your ears are just out of order... order others =)

  • lol it's wrong but still good job

  • smoke another one buddy haha!

  • erm your wrong man but it was good you were ppretty close i mean you got one chors rihght well two but youll gety over it i learntt it so easy youy made it harder than it is and if yuou listen its only 2 slides

1 on b string from 3rd fret to 5th and on the g string from 2nd fret to the 4th themn slide back and pull of on both good attempt though

  • yea i learned how to play this by ear, and thats definitly not the way its played or sounds for that matter. good attempt tho

  • horrible tut.

  • haha. wrong.

  • You look like the scruffy dude from its always sunny in philadelphia =D

  • nice try dude.. but you got it wrong.

the intro is played just like you explained it cept..

on the b then the g string.. then you want to pull off on each.

then the actual song chords are Emonor, Cmajor

hammer on.. eminor (down down up) palm mute

then do a C relative to the capo off the third fret (up, down ,up, down) slide that c shape up to the first fret and strup (up, down, up , down, down, up... and on that last up take your finger off of the b string.

hope that made sence for everyone.

  • what do you mean by a c relative?

  • GOOD TEACHER MAN!! man u made it so dam simple, straight to the point. champion

  • comin home???? are you sure???

  • will be learning this tomorrow when i get a capo :) thanks man you're a great teacher

  • This helps so much! :D

  • i second giggles4tina's request for more city and colour songs... looking forward to learning this.

  • the chords sound good man but the intro sounds more like "hello im in delaware"

  • thanks man

  • Dude, yew are talented! Thanks!

  • great job is very easy to follow
