all i know is this is some real bullshit. I never remember leaving my room. All i remember is getting druged so the staff can sit on there ass and f#%k all day. And if u say anything they will shot a needel in ur ass then throw in a time out room and for 8 hours made of only brick and one little window with cold steal bars. And thats if they dont forget about u or foget to tell the next shift that ur in there. If that happens ur lucky to get out after 2 days. They treated us kids like shit.

The "Down Sizing" started in 1976 following a video doccumentary named "Christmas In Pergatory" produced by Geraldo Rivera. Following that a whole mirade of both liberal (anti abuse themed) and Conservative (anti spend) by 1994 most institutions were scheduled to be totally closed and replaced by smaller private ran group homes and crisis centers.

The orientation was from approx. 1983-1984 give or take. I can absolutely rule out it being earlier than '83. I doubt if it could have been much later than '84, certainly not more than a year. In the 80s there was constant change in locations and types of facilities at Cam. I can be pretty sure of the approximate year from Clint Rust's commentary about the services at the time the video was shot. Hope that helps

WOW! REALLY!? Didn't have anything at all to do with being bombarded with the ACLU and other liberals suing because it's "not right, not moral, and certainly not constitutional" to "warehouse the homeless" in State Hospitals? Yeah, I wondered why there were so many crazy homeless wandering the streets, guess you cleared that up for me. Thanks!
