In the 1990s, I had a 1968 144S, with 1974 B20F block with early B20E head, double springs and R-grind cam from ipd, twin 40mm DCOEs and a sport exhaust.  VERY fast car!

Had a 1966 122S, and had the engine modified by Butkereit in Germany like this one in 1998, fast, but burning holes in pistons every few thousand kilometers was less fun....

You've got some valves that aren't seated.

Fill the radiator, and put about a gallon of fuel in it.

Run the engine at 2000 RPM for about ten minutes. If it's just a bur, some dirt on the seat, or the valve stem breaking in a new guide, this will set it straight. If this doesn't help. you're going to have to pull the head, and check the valves.

Har B20 med K kam, og 2" simmons... Får doble webere selv snart :) Kommer nytt grenrør + 2,2 eller 2,4 liter, og diverse etterhvert.. Gleder meg :) hehe
