Hey Shane, I forgot to ask do you ever incorporate Buteyko breathing?

@mogroovee Monica, I don't directly incorporate Buteyko breathing, no. But there are elements the theory in the recovery breathing done in Circular Strength Training and TACFIT, ie not "over breathing" to get our breath back. Much of the focus is actually on the exhale. And CST/TACFIT "athletes" recover notoriously fast. ; )

Get dizzy? I'm dizzy just watching you. Very cool that you filmed the whole thing. I'm thinking this might be a great workout to condition for advanced aerial trapeze. I'm guessing the rolling around feels a lot like when you lose control of the trapeze and you start spinning uncontrollably while hanging upside down.

Awesome job Coach, I just downloaded the content today and cannot wait to meet the Beast :) I'm really glad you pointed out the excellent application to parkour, because if you hadn't I would have right now. Upon seeing the material, the first thing I thought was "this is absolutely perfect for parkour conditioning," especially for people new to the discipline. Rolling is by far the most important movement to get comfortable with in the beginning, the more you roll the better off you will be.
