For some reason I always perferred the Zo6 over the Zr-1. Especially when they introduced the carbon edition. Or it could be just something about a naturally aspirated sports car as well.

I believe what he means is that, generally, heavily modded vehicles will be more radically tuned for a dyno run...mainly boost levels pushed higher than normal...and all of that would be reduced, and made a lot "safer" while the car is in street trim.. I'm not sure if that is the case or not with this Z though... awesome car either way..

@hightechcorvette How did you safely get the Z to over 1100 hp? Did you do sleeved cylinders? What about the heads? Some dude on another video about a Z06 vs a twin turbo Ford GT was saying that it's much easier to get the GT past 1000 hp safely and that the Z motor wasn't designed for that much power because of the thin cylinder walls due to it's 7 liters of displacement.
