Thats where raw editing comes from, editing with no effects.. How do u plan on syncing with no effects? u have to match something that happens in the scene with the music, thats what i call internal sync

Not that hard. Take a grung texture and put it below ur video clip. Then set the transfer mode to multiply (on the top layer). After u add a bump map effect on the grunge textue and u keyframe it so it moves around. Makes it look like the texture is moving, even though its actually not

Actully, im not sure if it was multiply or difference squared, or something like that.. Try one of the last options, it should be one of them.. Also, dont forget to make ur top layer black and white, like u see in the video.. You can even play with the brightness and contrast of the clip, like i did in the video
