The insurance is an entity that has no head or tail that one can fight fairly one on one. They don't have conscience and profit is their primary goal, the broker is the person with the face that sells us on the product. Now the insurance regulators, doctors, lawyers, adjusters, physio therapists, etc are paid by the insurer to help you and to collect as much data concerning your claim. Most of this is all government and is designed to reduce the payouts of the insured. Who pays who. SNAFU!

Be prepared for the insurers to not renew your insurance as way of punishment for filing a claim. I know because they did it to my friend and he wasn't at fault. He also has a permanent injury and was not involved in a fraud. These insurers are all about profit for them and their stock holders.
