Tito is a good and underrated MMA. But he had a lot of injuries and health issues that severely affected his career. Personally, I think he could take Anderson Silva down and ground and pound (in his prime) effectively. Not saying he'd win, Silva is no joke on the ground and before that either. @ninjion Have you seen Tito's ground game lately? He can barely close the distance to secure a takedown and if he does manage to get one, he can't control people anymore. His whole game is takedowns and GnP. He doesn't have ko power in the stand up so if he can't take his opponent down, they just got a 15 minute sparring session with Tito.
