@TheTooSmooth : You definitely definitely definitely can not. Just go look up the laws, barely any states let you get them under 18 even with parents permission.. and the ones you can you have to be (14-16) a certain age depending on the state.

@amekuno1 In vermont you can get a tattoo at age 16+ with parents permission. i know cuz i got a tattoo at age 16 :) im 17 now.
