  • Bummer! Nice looking fish. You should put some music with your vids!

  • I wish I had the time, but I barely find the time to publish any of the vids. I could dive less....... NOT!!! If I had any thoughts of trying to make a DVD, but I don't. I saw your black spot video. Australia seems to have quite alot of them. I shot 5 of them today, the biggest weighed in at 6.2 kgs. Haven't checked if the video came out yet. Visibility was really bad, so probably not good enough to post.

  • Ha ha ha I understand! Blackspot was filmed in April LOL!! We get these fish well north of where I Live due to the water temperature, so I have to travel - but I love it!! Mate 6.2 kgs is a ripper! I am making a video with a mate of mine in it who got one around that size - about 8 kgs and it was massive! I think that is about as big as they get! Hopefully you'll come over one day and we can get you out diving!

  • We get some real monsters over here. My personal best is 11 kgs, but that was at night on scuba years ago (It's against the law now, and no challenge anyway). A friend of mine also got one almost 13 kgs on scuba years ago. The Okinawa record is 15 kgs! I can't imagine that. The offer goes for Okinawa also. I have a boat, so easy diving at some of the least dove areas.

  • 15kg!!! That's insane, I can not imagine what the head on a 15kg blackspot would look like. We'll Keep in touch, we are also pretty well decked out with boats. Sounds like a good plan ;}
