The ship bolts have been removed, unit leveled, and now technicians from Bosch have been out 3 times and then an independant repair person 2 times to check what I have re-checked. After 5 different service calls and 16 hours it is now fixed. The drum was manufactured .220" out of round. A complete drum swap has cured the problem. I would recomend if there is ever a problem with a new peice of equipment, bring it back to the reseller and exchange or refund it immediatly.
This is AFTER Bosch has sent out their technician 3 seperate times to check transport bolt removal and leg adjustments. They even replaced the feet with an improved version.
is looks like you habe two problems: first you didn´t set the feeds of the machine well on the floor, secound i think, you didn´t take out the transport protectors (on the back of the mache) there have to be 2 or 3 of them ;)
this begs the question- why would anyone buy european products. especially from germany.
