after doing some research i believe you on the Magnus IM topic, and that Buschur is not all he is cracked up to be. i dont sit on dsm forums, or any forums for that matter, but from what i have read and watched in the past month, it seems like he is not a good guy.
You shouldn't always believe what you see. Remember, you can't always satisfy everyone. When someone calls you asking questions and they haven't done any research then of course you will sound like you are calling them an idiot. I have called AMS, GSC and Buschur many times about problems with my car and Buschur has been more than helpful, Jrod and David, with fixing the problem. The AMS rep acted like I was stupid, so I turned his tune back at him and he said, "well I don't do tech so" idiots
GSC was also very helpful with my bov and turbo questions. This was 3 years ago and I came from domestics and a 9 second turbo mustang. It is a completely different game. There was an independant test done of the DSM IM on a flow bench and Magnus' manifolds sucked it up with the number 1 runner coming -11.1% low of air flow and their other "old style" mani came up -18.9% down on air flow to the #1 runner. Not good when all the other mani's were within 5% of the highest flow. I have the link
What I was refering to was BR not being about to satisfy everyone. He is attacked a lot and after awhile it gets old. He goes to far but like you have said, he has done a lot for a lot of people. AMS built one quick evo, it happens to be the quickest Evo VIII in the world, but what about their customers DD cars? BR is way ahead in that category and AWD is doing it now, with a little help and piece of mind from some BR parts. The rest is tuning and being able to build it correctly.
And if you kept up with the "records" as both were going at it about a year ago, AMS claimed the fastest Evo VIII, MPH record, when they beat BR's old record. BR happened to run faster and "reclaimed" it.
You get people like Pussyrade that talk shit a lot and pisses people off. On every forum a lot of people bash BR so he has a chip on his shoulder. They question his every word.
He is the only one that will tell you right away if he breaks or blows anything. That says something....

You also have to consider they ran a 8.8 with a t3 gt37r turbo with about 680 hp. They concentrated on customer cars rather than the drag car, which means a lot to people that purchase parts.

And again, they built the engine for most wanted that just ran 9.53 with an FP red and a 10.2 with the stock turbo. What other shop in the country can claim that?
Who cares about the all out drag car because there isn't any set of rules or a circuit for what they are doing. The quickest Evo's haven't even been at the same track together like NHRA does.

I stand corrected, that was on the 42r on their second pass. The hta88 ran a 9.24 on their first time out. They only ran 165 this year, not 169. That is refering to 2 years ago. He talked about running 8.90's with the hta88 but never took the car out again.

i dislike that Buschur claims to have the "fastest evo" due to less than 1mph, while the ET gap is .46x seconds at over 170mph, thats a HUGE GAP!
AMS owns Buschur with drag and track...but i dont think he is "pathetic"..... Buschur is a dsm god, no matter how you spin it.
