no, what's happened is that, after WW2, the japs were deprived of there army, so all the cash that was going there, went in to there tech.

no, after WWII, the american limited the size of their arm force. so, the japanese invest most of the resource into entertainment, technology, & etc.. the cash that went there was to rebuild their country only after WWII.
