Qt on a Nokia N97 - "Tower" preview. With Webkit!

Hey, With this if I develop an app on QT will I be able to run it on the N97? Because it says QT(for nokia) only has support for X6, and N900

Ive got the 4.6 on my 5800. Works great, but i`d got to restart my phone after install, because it didnt start.

Of course we also love the N97 stylus. But for the demo, the 5800 stylus was better, since it covers less screen ;)

ahh yeah. i jus got the n97 last week. true..the stylus takes up alot of the screen space including your hand.

Terrible movement in the browser. I can imagine what happens if there is more graphics - everything will brake. Not able to borrow technology from the browser IPhone?

Webkit has already been borrowed to the maximum extent that Apple is willing to share it.

почему будет тормозить? в идеале скроллирование это просто копирование куска видеопамяти и отрисовка новой области (и другие "трюки"), поэтому от количества графики зависит слабо.

Yes, anybody can install apps, you just transfer the installation file ('.sis) to the phone and open it.
