My friend saw an xbox really cheap on eBay so he bought it and when it came in the post, it was just a cardboard box with an drawn on it in pen. In
The bloke acting like a ganster saying 'Id of had a few words of my own'...Bollocks ! did you see him running out into the street - the fucking BIG EAR'D mincer.
My favourite was my cousin who paid £5 for 500 lighters from a newspaper ad and received a box of 500 matches, worth about £0.75. And he got the P&P charges too. LOL
i know this is a stupid question, but is what they did acctually illegal? cos as long as it was a picture of the actual model chair on the internet then it should be ok??
them - yeah its still is. leaving out details & deceptive is lying. IF your on an Auction site like ebay & lie to people there gonna give you Negative feedback, people won't buy from you if you have scammed other people. watch the video "judge judy Ebay scam" the girl scammer gets screwed in the end.
I actually got taken by a much less audacious version of this scam... I bought a "Spartan Warrior's Helmet" on ebay that turned out to be about six inches tall... not suitable for wearing to football games as I'd intended! (Still looks great on my desk, though.)
@santis142 it may not be legal in the USA or certain states in the USA because a judge would determine "intent" of the seller and they would use the "reasonable man" approach. Would a reasonable man assume he is getting doll house furniture from this advertisment. If it had been me I would have broken one piece of it an say I didn't like the quality and want my money back.....I would not even bring up the size of the furniture
@pitbullzd Omg! Why does everyone want to swear all the time?! I just want to watch a video where it doesnt say F this and F that! Just Get Lost! idiot!!
why do they want to chase the delivery driver? what does he got to do with that? he is just a clerk of a delivery service and he is not the one that sold the goods. so that makes this case a bit unbelievable? any ideas?
Well, look, who is the owner of the bank account, where the money is transfered to? Who is the owner of the e*uck account that sold the goods, etc. See, it´s not THAT easy. The seller only can say: "The transfer is right, because it was described as delivered". But if you wan´t to do some hustle bisnis vias internet, there are other ways.
One of the most realistic scams out there. So easy to do, I bought an office chair from ebay without reading the size, luckly is was a proper chair :D
this is awesome, anyone actually tried this?....without laughing?

Someone did something similar to this on Ebay along time ago. Someone sold a Xbox 360 box for 300 USD. Yes just the box for 300 dollars.
NigguhJason 2 years ago 5
@NigguhJason It was actually just a printed piece of paper for 600.
The buyer did actually get their money back, and the seller is getting brutally punished by a man named Tiny.
