Since it decided to have a full-blown awesome shootout, fight scenes, and awesome Action dialog like you saw there. Sure, it's more of a drama, but it's got some very nice Action as well.

I'd have to say MISSING IN ACTION. The third movie is better than both the DELTA FORCE flicks put together, even though THE DELTA FORCE has that awesome theme song.
