  • Meh not too bad... You look more like a fucked up cherry pie though..

  • I was going to make paint the face like this but 7 hours thats along time ill just paint it another way but it was a good video

  • you know i hate wearing the make up and the prosthetics but god do i love the reactions it gets. always worth it. good job man.

  • what made u think that you look any think like Freddy Krueger cos u dont piss poor atempt

  • are you canadian?

  • nice voice...lol

  • awesome tutorial but i have 1 qruestion how do you take it off when your done

  • @williamt800 slowly and a little bit painfully. I posted a video of me taking it off on my facebook page :)

  • oh and lol at "to make less... cotton." xp

  • that was epic in the beginning!

  • Buena guia men, lastima la vi pasando halloween xD

pero bueno, me sera util pal proximo

  • Unless you look like Robert England, no one is gonna look exactly like Freddy. This is a Good makeup job. Better than those lame masks

  • @RealityHurts923 yeah, the masks can look pretty bad. not very realistic and are usually too big and very sweaty.

  • how long did this take you?

  • @ClickForRealFacts not as long as it took me to reply to your comment! About 6 hours to do the video, and another few hours to make the bald cap

  • @ClickForRealFacts not as long as it took me to reply to your comment! About 6 hours to do the video, and another few hours to make the bald cap

  • I thought that this was way more superior than the BFX tutorial. Indymogul's (BFX's) was pretty cheesy. It only did the face on BFX.

  • @TerrorProductions1 thanks for the awesome compliment! I love BFX..well, before it changed...still cool though. They were my inspiration to even start this channel, but I'm far to poor and time deficient to do this all the time...I'd LOVE to though.

  • Your rock and for those who have nothing but negative things to say, it's obvious that is the only talent they have...keep up the great work.

  • @Mgarguemare aww, thanks :) I don't care what people say...I don't expect everyone to like my stuff. Let them feel cool and tough over a comment on youtube. lol. I do this because I want to, not to please everyone.

  • you're amazing !! it's really the best tutorial i've ever seen ! :D awsome man!

  • It would be easier to paint the whole head flesh color, then add the reds and purples and blood.

  • Shit this tutorial is longer than the first Freddy movie. Dude you eat too much dick before starting the actual tutorial. Is boring.

  • @elpinchesaid then don't watch.

  • what paint do i have to use?

Make-up paint or just normal paint?

  • gay intro cool make up

  • looks like the guy from Dragonball z when you started applying the burn holes at the front

  • what do you use to have the edges of bald cap/the whole thing to stay on your head?

  • @Mindfreakfan11 I just used a bit of pro-adhesive, but really, what held it on mostly was the fact that the latex, toilet paper and cotton continued from the bald cap to my face so it just became one solid piece. You should have see it come off! It was like a mask. lol

  • @bonybfx its good but the red spaces are a bit too big if they were smaller and you used darker make up for the skin the it would be great but its still awesome

  • @Mindfreakfan11 He uses spirit gum. Its a liquid that looks like the color of urine. Comes in a small bottle with a brush.

  • that was a beast intro

  • you did a great job. forget what any naysayer has to say, like the dude who said you look nothing like freddy. i think that guy totally missed the point of the video which isn't to show you how to look like freddy, but to create burns like his. once again, great job!!!

  • @troublesomej See this shows me what a true loser you are and that it is you that has ADHD. You go on my channel and rag me about my Freddy costume which is movie quality by the way and your on this channel telling this guy who did the exact same thing what a good job he did. The only is here I'm showing the uniqueness of my costume which you can't buy at any local Halloween store and this guy is showing his FX make up.

  • @troublesomej I created those videos because many like my costume and asked could I make videos of my costume showing it action. And for the other Fred fans who are looking for a custom movie quality costume thus the title dumbass.

  • @troublesomej The only thing troublesome about you is how much a pathetic loser you are. I think it is you that needs to get a life.

  • @troublesomej thanks!

  • it's funny how seven hours of hard work can be put into an eight minute clip. great video :)

  • @monkeyeatbananagrr yeah, I did cut some of it out...you'll also notice how at the end it kind of just stops before completely done. I take your other comment as a huge compliment!! Indy Mogul is amazing, big inspiration to me and the reason I started this channel to begin with. I never should have gotten lazy and stopped making vidoes. I must get back into this

  • @bonybfx you should definately get back to making videos. the few that you have on are really impressive

  • i made that and it is so cool

  • this is better then indymogel

  • looks great, but way too much time to consume for me :(

  • Thx

  • Where did u buy the bald cap???sorry if I'm annoying u.please don't get mad

  • @Bpspdabest You can get it at any costume store!

  • Might I suggest using on of those ear cleaner things like the ones you used in the terminator tutorial to flatten out the cotton when you make another Freddy mask.just a suggestion

  • Luv yor tutorials i made a Freddy glove out of cardboard it was my only choice I'm only ten so I can't buy alot of stuff I would like to

  • Thx did u make the Freddy glove or did u buy it???

  • @Bpspdabest I made the freddy glove. I tried using a q-tip for spreading latex, but it just pulls at the cotton and makes a mess things. My finger what the best option. The bald cap I bought from a halloween store :)

  • Where did u get the liquid latex and fake blood at???please respond

  • @Bpspdabest the latex I bought in a store online (there are so many) and the blood I bought at the local halloween store, I could also buy latex there but it's too much money for too small of a bottle. Online I believe the store was called FX Warehouse.. but like I said, there are many places that sell it. Just do a google search for "buy liquid latex".

  • you forget the eye

  • better than bfx

  • @jgantner1 I take that as a huge compliment!! BFX is like my inspiration for doing this..well, starting it at the beginning of the year. Thanks!

  • @bonybfx yeah bfx ending was sad, i loved this makeup tutorial it looks just like freddy, i say you couldn't have done it better,if anything you are better than bfx you have better tutorials, they are funny, very detailed and look better and more realistic i have always liked your tutoria;s (note i saw this video about 6 months ago

  • YOU FORGET THE FAKE BLOOOOOOD-eh

  • What kind of paint did you use mate??

  • @richieh1980 I actually just used regular cheap face paint. The flesh parts was a more "expensive" paint but only because it was included in a skin make up kit I bought. I also ended up using some basic acrylic craft paint because I was taking too long and really wanted to get it done. hhahaha

  • smaller red spots with more of the fleshy tone would have probably looked closer to the real Freddy. Like the idea though, if this was done right it would look pretty close.

  • @JDMorris81 yeah, if I ever do this again, it's going to be one someone else too. LOL

  • Comment removed

  • you look nothing like freddy

  • @daredudes7777777 lol, that's because I'm not Robert Englund, no one can replace him.

  • Could you post a video of how to do the Phantom of the operas makeup ,from the show?

  • @liamblackere Hmm, maybe I could do that. I need to get back into doing videos again. The time just keeps slipping by.

  • ....or you can just buy a mask

  • @MrLenerd11 yeah, I worked in the largest halloween store in Canada part time for a few months and they had these really high quality mask that cost over $100 but they still look like a mask and are only one size so they don't fit properly... these tutorials are geared toward make-up fx for film. Either way, it's still fun to do.

  • AWSOME!

  • the bald cap was really good but i didn't like the face much

  • Should have used a more orangey paint for the skin part. The burns are also too big and circular. There needs to be a lot of small, almost triangluar shaped burns. And the big hole on top of the nose looks kind of stupid. He has a bunch of small burns going down his nose.

  • @AngelofMusic101 Yeah, I was just kind of winging it. I didn't use a picture for reference. I was just trying to do a really quick and easy way to get that classic Freddy "look". It was really hard doing this to my own face. I'm actually surprised at how it turned out.

  • You need to get more views because your videos are so good! I have favorited a bunch...I'm going to do freddy for halloween. Thank you, you rock!!!

  • @broadhorizons23 that's awesome! You should put up a video when you do it and send it to me. I'd love to see what you do :)

  • could u use foundation in substute of the flesh coloured paint

  • @23sutts I guess you could if it was a really good quality. I was working with limited supplies here. I wish I had the money for professional quality make up

  • @bonybfx thanks

  • can u drink water with this on?

  • @23sutts yeah, you could. my lips are just painted so you might need to touch up the make up if it starts to run...or just use a straw.

  • i dont have fb and i need to know how to take it off

  • @23sutts well, you just rip it off. nothing special there

  • @bonybfx ok but could u use a plain latex mask and do the makup over that to avoid the pain of taking latex off u face?

  • @SirJasonVoorhees Hmmm, It's possible. But It wouldn't look as good. Most of the edges were torn but you could just reapply them and touch it up. So yeah, I guess it's not outside the realm of possiblities

  • @SirJasonVoorhees If you go to my facebook page, I posted a video of me taking it off. It wasn't too bad actually. I still have it. It came off in one piece really.

  • BEST FREEDY SKIN TUTORIAL EVER LOOKS SO REAL NICE MAN

AND I JUST WATCHED A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 5 MINS AGO ON YOUTUBE

  • @KyleMovieStudios awesome! Thanks man. I love those movies ;)

  • best realistic shit ive seen

  • @SuperGoob18 awesome! Thanks man

  • KUDOS!!!! This looks great!!!

  • @blastereosloud Thank! It was so much fun to make...but took forever!

  • I LOVE you for this! I get people coming into my Halloween store all the time asking me how to do their own Freddy makeup and this will definitely make explaining it so much easier! Thanks!

  • @KatrinaSvperstar hahaha, awesome! you can just tell them to go to freddy.bonybfx.com :) Glad you enjoyed it! It was fun to make...took a long time but still a lot of fun.

  • hey cool job with the makeup

  • the holes should be less circular and more-so sharp"ish"otherwise pretty good job!

  • Freddy's wounds are not fresh it is burned years ago. so it can never be looking that fresh you know what i mean. good try though

  • @ADegensTV yeah, I get what you mean...but com'on, it's Freddy, he can do whatever he wants. lol. And he always looks pretty juicy in the movies.

  • @bonybfx Haha no probs mate it looks cool i think. I just wanted to give you a tip. If you have questions i worked with special effect artist from Lord Of The Rings and Animators from Wallace and Gronmmit. Just PM me :) tnkx bro c ya

  • theme song scary! :()

  • BFX is better but good

  • @MegaJamesbond12 lol, I would hope they're better..they are a company with professionals...I'm just one guy with no experience in an apartment. I love all the Indy Mogul guys...kind of my inspiration here.

  • @bonybfx

  • @bonybfx I think yours looks better on the thumbnail then bfx's ;D

  • @bonybfx and your's has lots more details and better design work

  • Making it less *DAA* cottenie

  • this make up will also work as a terrible burn effect if aplied right reversed it could look like boiles

  • @grabbinpillz2121 Mmmmm, boils. I like the sound of that. Maybe I'll have to do a boils tutorial..once I figure out how to do it.

  • surprisingly not that much. Do you see the bottle I show at the beginning? Well, I only used about 1/2" - 1" of that bottle.

  • how much liquid latex did you need to make this mask?

  • hey man,

Nice video !! Do you think that if i do the same on a basic latex halloween glove its gonna work ? because i want to make freddy's left burn hand and i want it to be wearable.

  • @darkmirakles23 Yeah, that would work...maybe just put less cotton. Mixed with lates, cotton can be pretty tough and isn't that stretchy. It will still move around and stuff but it has not stretch as plain latex does. You could also just so the burn make up right to your hand to make it look a bit better instead o having the glove on.

Thanks for watching and adding to your favorites :)

  • great tutorial! i love how you explain everything as you go, giving step by step directions. super easy to follow! keep up the good work! :)

  • @HandiMandiFP yeah, I don't claim to be an expert (yet) but I want people to be able to go, "hey, I can do that!"

  • That's sooo wicked!!! Happy New Year!!!
