  • Just think, if drugs were legal this Judge wouldn't have lost his life. Or if the the sentencing had not been so barbaric in Texas towards drug offenses, the dealer might not have decided to take a chance and kill the Judge. Sometimes the war on drugs is counter productive. If it were up to me, I would legalize drugs and put the saved resources in policing and jails towards drug prevention programs for young students.

  • And as we all know, greed is something everywhere in a selfish rat race society like this one....people like that can be rehabilitated yet they're often thrown in jail for 10+ years and come out some murderous gangster.

  • Holy shit that's Julio ''Gregory Sierra'' from Sanford and Son.

  • marvia nice name im 35 too hi from scotland,

  • @MARVIA35 not at all have a great day marvia you female?

  • @jimpurdie yup

  • William Sessions would later go on to become Director of the FBI, if memory serves.

  • This FullBloodedHmoob guy is a FullBloodedFaggot!I've seen him on a couple other shows like this and the only thing he has to talk about is hurting or raping people or how the whole white race are a bunch of animals and should be exterminated.Do us ALL a favor ANYONE who knows who this piece of scum is PLEASE knock this faggot the fuck out of his shoes when you see him it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED by a lot of us!

  • it was woody harrelsons dad who killed him....WODDY THE HOLLYWOOD MOVIE STAR

  • you got that right

  • Why did they have to kill him? I mean there are a thousand ways other than murder that would stop him standing as a judge.

But I guess to criminal thugs like those, violence and death is the only language they understand.

  • @Treblaine Because this judge was a criminal bastard who was putting people away for 20 years kangaroo court style. Good job on murdering this neo-conservative scum, he took the lives of many other people away. It's not so easy to get a judge removed if theyre technically following the 'law' (which means nothing as the American justice system is a barbaric farce). If it was open season on the legalistic scum judges who believe in 'revenge' justice and don't respect social liberty, it'd be great

  • @sociopathicregret Lol, you're mad. You say the judge is "criminal" yet say he always followed the law. Contradictions. Contradictions EVERYWHERE!

You're just mad because you got caught doing something bad and blame the judge for getting the Justified punishment you DESERVE!

News-flash: Violent criminals DESERVE to be sent to prison for 20 years! That's justice. They forfeit their right to liberty (for a decade or so) for their crimes against other people. Punishment for crime = Justice!

  • @Treblaine If the law is criminal and barbaric, then the judge upholding it (especially in an aggressive fashion) is a criminal. It's clear that most judges are conservatives who don't respect social liberty and fail to understand that the law can be flawed; the judge dredd mentality. "You're just mad you got caught doing something bad" "People who get punishments deserve them" "Punishment for crime = justice"...spoken like a true zealot conservative with no critical thinking ability whatsoever

  • @sociopathicregret And before you go whining about 'go to the legislators' and acting like our system of government is great or something, you should note that its not like most of the judges are 'reluctantly enforcing backwards and unfair laws'....they approve of the way things are. They support the status quo. It's been known for a long time that our prison/judicial system is a failure because it focuses on punishment instead of rehabilitation and puts prisoners in a worse environment.

  • @sociopathicregret Not even the most liberal fucktard thinks that murderers and robbers should not be punished with prison. How do you suggest we punish these psychopaths? get their mommy to slap them on the wrist?

Please explain how it is "criminal" and "barbaric" to incarcerate violent and dangerous criminals?

How can letting criminals walk the street unpunished be considered "respecting social liberty"?

  • @Treblaine Except that liberals generally aren't as much 'fucktards' as conservatives, with the exception of certain factions. You're obviously too closed minded to get outside your little vicious cycle of thinking....OMG THE LIBERALS WANT TO SET CRIMINALS FREE!!!

The issue of criminology is far more complex than you or an other anti-intellectual understands. Keep rattling off your extremist beliefs like the idiots on the police vids who act as if you want to remove all police if you criticize.

  • @sociopathicregret Hey, YOU ARE THE ONE SAYING JUDGES DESERVE TO BE MURDERED!

You said: "Good job on murdering this neo-conservative scum"

Don't act like I am the extremist! Hypocrite.

  • @Treblaine Extremist conservative judges don't *deserve* to die, but if it's the only way to remove them from power, then it's not wrong. Someone who causes such immense harm to society and ruins peoples lives (even if its just punishing 'criminals' far more than is necessary, because they're people too) needs to be removed. It'd be much better to just get rid of their power or exile them but that isn't really realistic if they technically follow the book (which is wrong)

  • @sociopathicregret They are not extremist. Sentencing murderers and armed gangsters to long prison prisons sentences is not extreme.

  • @Treblaine If it is beyond what is necessary for them to be slowly reintroduced to society, then it is extremist and as barbaric as murder itself. Except that like I said, according to cons, people who commit crimes like that must be 'ebul and burn in hell 4 ever so they shud be lokd away 4 lyfe!!!!111'

  • @sociopathicregret They're not evil, they're criminals who are a drain and destructive force in society that must be removed from society. Not for life but for a term that will seriously make them consider their actions which is longer than a couple years for serious crimes.

  • @Treblaine Think of all the people who'd get 20, 30 years in jail for moderate level drug offenses if this guy had survived. their lives, ruined. Of course, cons will say "good job judge, criminal scum deserved it" because it makes them feel better about themselves and like the world is 'good'. But the truth is that these people would be imprisoned in a shithole for 20 years with no attempt at rehabilitation (and with unfair laws, since drugs should mostly be legal anyway).

  • @sociopathicregret Selling drugs to people ruins lives, have you seen the "Faces of Meth"? I've seen that and worse. These dealers destroy people's lives for massive and selfish personal gain.

An addict doesn't carry 50 ounces of uncut cocaine on their person, that's a dealer. People with small amounts usually get the help they need. If they don't that is the WARDEN'S fault, not the Judge! The Prison system failed to follow the judges order to try to help wean the addict from his addiction.

  • @Treblaine It's peoples social liberty to ruin their own fucking life, not to mention that the fact that many drugs are 'illegal' is the biggest reason why they ruin lives. Not only that, but youre demonizing dealers...they're doing something illegal but to portray them as 'evil animals' is inaccurate. These people are greedy, dirt poor, trying to pay for another habit, etc. And often people were getting sent to prison for mandatory minimum 5 years for 10 grams of crack etc.

  • @sociopathicregret Drug addicts cannot hold down a job, they cannot pay for their habit apart from street prostitution and larceny. Plus it WILL kill you very quickly, even the cleanest stuff. Doctors, who deal with clean pure equivalents of these drugs know how a slightly wrong prescription can KILL!

10 grams of crack is A LOT OF CRACK COCAINE! A crack addict is far more likely to get rehabilitated in jail than stalking the streets for their next hit.

  • @Treblaine So lets see, the United States has 1) the highest incarceration rate in the world, not just of developed countries and 2) the highest prison population in the world. Recidivism rates are high because throwing people in a nasty, shitty environment just tends to make them worse...despite the whole 'tough justice' bullshit that the cons go on about. Our prison system is a failure and Europe's prison system is vastly more effective, but I forgot that Europeans are evil liberals /sarcasm

  • @sociopathicregret And US crime rates have been steady falling as this "tough justice" has been implemented. Already, you are more likely to be mugged living in London than if you lived in New York.

America has lots of prisoners because they have lots of dangerous criminals who need to be put in prison!

The August Riots in England show how European justice is an utter failure. Those criminal scum burned down MY town, I KNOW we need Justice - like what our American Cousins never lost sight of.

  • @Treblaine And where do you think those criminals come from? Out of thin air? Just because Americans are worse than others? No, our prison system is highly ineffective and contributes to our violent and puritanical society. Which, of course, results in many more dangerous people out there. You get someone who committed a crime, subject them to an abusive environment, and put them back out there after 20 years with nothing to lose. What a surprise? Justice isn't punishment...

  • @sociopathicregret Err, you do know that since these tough prison sentences have been implemented crime rates have been steadily falling across the board?

What caused the endless cycles of violence was short inconsequential sentences for serious crimes did nothing to stem crime. Like we over here are seeing in the UK.

If punishment is not justice... WHAT THE HELL IS?!?

  • @Treblaine No, that's complete bullshit and at best, drawing a 'causation' assumption from a correlation if it were even true. People tend to do that because they want to believe things are good, that our justice system is great, etc.

Rehabilitation is justice...removing harmful (violent crime related) people from society and getting them to be normal members of society. But according to cons, anyone who does something wrong is automatically 'evil 4 lyfe' so that idea doesnt apply to them.

  • @Treblaine Isolated riots and such aren't really a relevant example, though they should of course be dealt with. Canada, Europe (especially Scandinavia) are much safer countries than the USA with much lower incarceration rates. And these all have 'soft liberal pussy' rehabilitation oriented justice systems like you'd call them...higher incarceration and crime rates on a wide scale suggest that the US system is a failure, not Europe's, just because you saw some a handful of incidents on the news.

  • @sociopathicregret ISOLATED!?!? The arson and looting were all across England for a week!

It's not a handful of incidents, I LIVE IN THE UK! I know the kind of criminals that permeate society!

America do not suggest failure of justice. Refusing to incarcerate criminal who deserve to be in jail because "ooooh, prison population is getting large" is a failure of justice! It tries to sweep the issue of criminality under the rug by seeing imprisonment as an indication of crime easily dialled down.

  • @Treblaine Isolated as in not a consistent major problem over the years, apparently you don't understand the definition of the word...nobody deserves to be incarcerated in a terrible dehumanizing environment amongst violent assholes...nobody deserves to be incarcerated for longer than what is necessary...and that's speaking about violent crime only. If there was nonstop major rioting and looting in european 'pussy justice' countries a lot of the time, maybe you'd have a point.

  • @sociopathicregret You'e right that they need to be incarcerated as long as necessary, and a year or so in not enough!

Look, I have suffered under these thugs roaming my neighbourhood, stealing everything they can and what they can't steal they destroy. No artistic expression, they'll smash a window for the sadistic satisfaction of induced Schadenfreude.

The police are at the end of their tether, they are literally overwhelmed by all the criminality, and our politicians act like "Hug a thug".

  • I remember watching this when they aired reruns on the History Channel way back in the 1990s. One of my favorite shows ever.

  • Qué hermosa voz, y qué grabaciones para la posteridad. Besos al señor de voz profunda donde quiera que se encuentre.

  • some judge do deserve to die, they love to send people to jail and ruined peoples lives

  • @FullBloodedHmoob It's clear you have never been a victim of crime, more than likely you're a perpetrator of it.

BTW, juries find people guilty, not judges.

  • @Treblaine your right and your also wrong.................when it comes to murder or high profile case, then they use juries but for parole violations and petty crime the judge do the sentencing...

  • @FullBloodedHmoob I'm right also that you are a criminal? Yeah, my heart bleeds for you that you can't violate your parole, you just don't get it parole=/=freedom. You are out of prison, but ONLY IF YOU OBEY PAROLE CONDITIONS!

As to petty crime, it always feels petty when you are the perpetrator, the judges are just applying the democratic laws of your country.

If you hate anything, hate the lobbyist who made the laws that the judges are just doing their job in applying.

  • @Treblaine your right, i do have a criminal record...but am im a sick killer or a sick pedophile? NO...

MY CRIME WAS 11 YEARS AGO AND IT WAS ONLY FOR BREAKING AND ENTERING...the day i violated my parole and was in court, the judge that day was having a bad day or didnt get sex that night or something, but for some reason he came to court and send all of us to jail...stop acting like judges are all angels, you fool....we both know that cops, doctors, lawyers, and judges commit the worst crimes

  • @FullBloodedHmoob Oh my god, do you not realise what parole violation means? Unless if you have a EXTREMELY GOOD EXCUSE, then violating parole MEANS going back to prison.

Maybe if you hadn't been breaking the law and breaking parole you wouldn't end up incarcerated.

And earlier you advocated the MURDER OF INNOCENT PEOPLE!

    Get real.

  • @Treblaine have you ever been threaten by detectives?, have you ever been a victim of racial injustice?, have you ever set foot in a court room?.................didnt think so!, you fucking desk jocky, dumb fuck..........you are a typical dumb ass who think that all cops and all judges are angels just because they took an oath to serve justice.....

i hope and pray that a criminal cop rape your mom and a pedophile judge rape you kids

LIKE I SAID, some judges deserve to die

  • @FullBloodedHmoob If it sucks so much being a criminal, why did YOU BECOME ONE! Don't fob your sob stories to me and as to your rape threats they are utterly vile, you should be ashamed.

Think about what you have said.

    Shame on you.

  • @Treblaine IM A CRIMINAL?......just because i broke into a car 11 years ago when i was 16?.........the criminals are the ones in offices..

  • @FullBloodedHmoob I fully feel your pain and I've never been convicted of anything; someday the stupid cons will get their own dose of this shit when people of the future realize that they're the joke they really are. Judges, cops, and prosecutors are often in bed with each other and even if they're a better one, they're often forced to stay in lock step because the system is bad. But them usually being cons makes it worse, because cons are phobic religious morons.

  • I was there... I was a witness... the tire was flattened the night before... Charles Harrelson is Woody Harrelson's father...
