Max Stats on all my pokes, I would ask my opponent

to use his Uber Team or use a team full of awsome Legedaries

to make it as fair as can be but then again I don't hack max

If you go on pokegen you can break the EV limits. I know this because I tried pokegen once, it didn't work: I play random matchup and I play legit.

I think I played this one guy who used a Medicham, which could litterly take any hit. Idk, he lived a Choice Banded Psycho Cut from a Gallade when he was at full health. Then, he started outspeeding and KO'ing my entire team. That is without doubt questionable.

@HaxDaddy according to smogon, an ambipom with max HP (but no defense EVs) will take about 40.7% - 47.7%. So he could definately take that move with under 40% if he had a little defense investment.

if your EV points go over 510 your a noob i got my pokemon from pokegen all shiny since i cant get rid of the shiny check and they arr at 510 evs and im not lying i have a modest charizard with 252evs in speed and sp.attack and 6 evs in Sp.D and its dream world allowed but i have solor power on it

I never battled against someone with illegal Pokemon, but I once joined a pretty big tournament on a German Pokemon site and one guy managed to play himself through to the quarter finals, eliminating some very good battlers by using illegally hacked Pokemon, before the illegal Pokemon were discovered.

I faced a guy who didn't use illegal EVs but illegal movesets. Aeroblast/Brave Bird on an Insomnia Altaria, Empoleon with Volt Absorb, Tyranitar with no Sand Stream, Solrock with Aura Sphere and other illegal sets. And he had a Garchomp, this was all in 4th Gen.

He claimed they were 'legal' because those moves are 'Tms' and you can't get hacked Pokemon off the GTS. And he said I suck for using Zapdos and Suicune because they are Uber, while Garchomp was UU. They were all in Cherish Balls.

I can tell that guy is cheating just by his pikachu. He had no light ball and was doing half damage to magnaton after only one nasty plot.

I had a match against a guy I lost twice to and it was very close. The first time I just thought he did great and I wanted a rematch. But the second match I noticed that his Azelf was outrunning some of my max speed pokes which should outrun it IF he isn't max speed and Azelfs ARE usually max speed BUT the guy took a hit from my max attack dragon danged Gyar

Pokesav/Pokegen is fine by me. Especially with the difficutly there is getting poke through dream world, going for IV's, and getting the right nature. It's when you abuse the system to win like this that it crosses a line. I don't even see how people can get the satisfaction of a win knowing their pokemon are cheap and gay.

I fought a Typhlosion with hydro pump and a bulky as hell Gengar in a HG/SS wifi battle.

Also in another battle the HP bar of the pokémon of my opponent automatically restores when they were going to faint, don't know if that was a kind of hack or glitch.

Well it's not really "legal" persay - it is legal in that it follows the max values for each stat possible - however if it were truelly legal Nintendo would have brought out a flashcart by now.

Anyway, I battle aswell and I know what you mean by legal hacking - And yes it's cheating to try and give your pokémon extra ev's/iv's (Which btw most youtubers do break the iv one and just give all 31.)

How hard is it to go to a generator and remember that you only get 510 evs and distribute it in accordance to what you do. @FierceBirdOfFlame no letting them die in a fire is too quick, firstly we heavily burn them in a fire to alert the nerve endings but not so much to destroy them, then we chop off their fingers (so they cannot hack any-more then finally toast them at around 150'C so that their blood literally boils. Either that or get them banned.
