That unit is really old. Back before all the Streamlines and MLT stuff came out. It came from Train-Sim's website. But there are really good SD70MAC models out now.

That's probably because the freight car sounds I dubbed in had a horn in the back ground and it didn't get cut out.

can you tell me how to install yard definitions?

You go into the route editor and pick the route that you want to add them to. Go to the objects box and go to track objects. Place them where you want to and use the green boxes to chanve the size of the yard definition.

If you google "Ed's Trains Online" you can find them there. He has some nice payware along with good freeware as well. The F40s were freeware.

I'm glad everyone likes the track car! I got it from train-sim. Search "hy rail" and it should come up. It comes in CSX, Conrail, BNSF and other schemes.
