There's no concrete evidence to prove that Derek has feelings for Casey, but there are many hidden undertones and implications that indicate otherwise.
Actually, the latest spoilers HEAVILY imply that Derek and Casey are going to get together, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I agree that Michael and Ashley have great chemistry, but I think Dasey are more likely than them. Ashley made it clear how she feels about him... and I'm not judging you. I'm just defending my fave ship and stating my opinion as you are.
