Well according to the story of Paul, God himself spoke to him and blinded him with a strong light. But then again, you and other skepticals can call it a normal human experience or whatever you wish. There isn't a normal human experience that can change my life and that of others the way God has. Also, what other religion has survived centuries of exterminations separateness and hatred? yes but what makes you think that it was actually god? maybe people have recorded perfectly natural events and mistook them for other gods.
"i have faith" or "i just know" i dont see the difference just knowing/believing is pretty much what faith is
