Ya fling is really cool to use. I use it on my ambipom first tricking them into thinking im going to fake out then it flings the light ball and after I either taunt or use thief on them crippling there lead or if they switch out there sweeper is messed up.

Whoa i didn't know iron ball would do 130! i used to use it with my ursaring. a 130 damage dark move, would be sweet on something like absol or drapion. speaking of which they need to make a powerful dark move in the next game like shade blast or dim blast or freakn black lightning or something lol I mean poison, rock, and flying got their moves in the 4th gen along with ghost in the from of... actually just giratina... So come on, more powerful dark moves ftw! lol

It was fling landed a sitrus berry which just restored the health it did to my Bronzong.

iron ball makes all flying/levitating types get hit by ground moves and reduces speed by 50%. the lagging tail always makes that pokemon go last, not so much by lowering speed, but by putting all of the users moves in the -5 priority bracket

By using recycle you gain the effect of the item, you don't get it back. I'm pretty sure you keep the item if you use fling on wifi but I may be wrong. You might want to test out the theory by using something like a potion which you can get a lot of

I'm almost positive you can't. Recycle only activates the effect doesn't get the item back. Also, recycle only gets the effect of single use items.

Does Helping Hand lower your accuracy? I just had a Plusle and Hariyama out fighting and Plusle used Helping Hand 4 turns in a row because my Poison Jab (100 Acc) Missed, I used Protect on Plusle and Poison Jab and it finally hits.

worry seed changes the opponets ablitity to imsonbia, which prevents sleep. use it in doubles to get rid of bad ablities, like slow start.

Let's say you are using Slaking and a Poké with Worry Seed in a 2vs2 battle.

You use Worry Seed on Slaking and he doesn't have the annoying ability Truant anymore.

Instead, it is immune to sleep!

Or, second example, you are fighting Machamp. He has No Guard and is about to do Dynamicpunch. You use Worry Seed and Dynamicpunch misses!

I tried using headphones, using no headphones, then using different headphones, turning the Volume up, changing settings, nothing's helping. The music is still just too loud, even a year later, even watching it now the music is overpowering his voice.

I'm just saying, the music is too loud for me, but in his others the music is fine, so it's no big deal.

No, it gets damaged greatly. Remember: the item that you've "fling" doesn't put it's power onto the opponent. ^_____^

The "in a pinch" berries should activate immediatly. Krugar uses that strategy in set 3 in PBR Masters Battles. He flings the critical rate+ "in a pinch" berry at his Drapion and he gets the boost at near full health.

I get it! so lemme get this straight. if I used a (*looks up some dark types*) Sableye and used fling with an iron ball, would end up with a 195 base power move (including STAB of course). a move third only to self destruct (by a nose) and explosion.... SWEET!

flail can get to 200 base power +STAB= 300

not top mention hyper beam, giga impact, and the elemental hyper beams

but still fling can be an insanely powerful single use move that few opponents would see coming
