  • It's been some time since you set up this channel. How have you been finding it?

  • This is so sweet! I read the article about it too and they said that he didn't want to get out because he didn't want to leave his sister. That is so courageous of him.

  • HOPE

  • I would love to see a follow-up story on this child!

  • this makes my heart soooo happy!:)

  • i love that kid .he mad me wana cry bless kiki

  • don't fucking say the word pulitzer prize. what an awful thing to say during this whole ordeal. you journalists are so fucking transparent.

  • This is an awesome video. And an even more awesome testament to humanity's love for one another.

  • Congratulations to Virginia Task Force 2 for a job well done. You guys are Awesome! You will always remember this day for the rest of your life.

The world is proud of your accomplishments!!!!

Thank you for all that you do for your country and community.

  • awesome , gave me chills

  • That was so sweet!!

  • There's a lot that can be learned from this little boy! Never give up, never loose hope. And always, always fight to the end. Way to go Kiki!!! From your neighbors in Puerto Rico.

  • thank you Lena for sharing!

  • The smile of hope! god bless them all!!

  • I love this photo.. he is completely adorable. After watching about all the devastating things in haiti... I hope this picture gives everyone hope.

  • he is just 2 adorable lol.. i love it. absolutely GREAT footage

  • Amazing and beautiful just wow

  • I could look at this over and over. Great footage.

  • Goes to show that children are so resillient. I hope that he is well taken care of so that years down the road he can see what an inspiration he was to so many people who did not think any one could suvive what he did. He has a strong will to survive.

  • Well said

  • this is so moving

  • I had to hold back tears on this one. That is a feel good moment.

  • What a fantastic moment :) Although it doesn't overshadow the horror in Haiti, it's great to see a smile arrise from the debris.

  • I cried when I first saw the film. Sadly his little brother didn't make it. I hope that Kiki and his sister Sabrina, who was also rescued can get over this trauma some day.

  • AW! Praise God, thank goodness he's safe now. Such a precious, perky kid. Don't take your life for granted, nor others~

  • I've caught glimpses of the haiti thing and haven't really reacted to it, other than "this is terrible". But for some reason when I saw that child come and out and that smile appear on his face, I started crying. I don't know why, but it was something about seeing a child in his predicament show that kind of joy that really made an impact on me.

  • I used to be the same way as you. It takes that one thing to get a reaction but now i'm very sensitive I think that comes with age too. I'm 35 now and i cry everytime I see a feed the children commercial or an Aspca commercial...

  • i agree with you!! i'm 36 & i'm sooo sensitive when i see or hear about children suffering these days. i was never so sensitive before.

i LOVE this vid!! i am curious to know what kiki was thinking when he saw the fireman for the first time & he wouldn't come out. i'll bet he was sooo scared & didn't know what to make of it...all the strangers & the world collapsed around him days before... bless his little heart.

  • Yeah same here.

Thank God they got to him in time. Sweet kid.

  • Please people don't turn this into a religious argument!

Let's just be happy that this amazing kid survived and his sis survived...

  • @Cienfires1989 maybe the person who said that believes in god, can't that be respected just because maybe you don't.

  • Beautiful.

  • He's just like "SURPRISE!!!!"

  • that should be a Pulitzer no??

  • What do you suggest God had in mind for the 200,000+ dead and dying?

  • Obviously, they are with God. So in a way, they've got better than we do.

  • he needed his warriors in heaven and wanted this one to stay here with us...

  • How can you not believe in God? 7 days and he is still alive and smiling!

  • A miracle :) wow what an amazing and resillient child! God bless you!

  • its a good thing he lives:))

  • Just made my donation and I feel GREAT!

  • definitely a mile wide smile :) this is my new favorite clip, thks for posting

  • **Wow** I just had replay and...excuse me I have a lump in my throat...

  • This kid gives me faith in the Human Sprit! God bless Kiki, and all of the Haitian people! Your faith and spirit are an inspiration to all.

  • I can't stop watching this video. I cry out of joy and sadness because of the situation. The photographer has the best attitude!!

  • Wow; God is awesome.

  • @rmbb10 was he awesome when he caused the earthquake

  • @ballinon24 your a deusch man.. why dont you look at the bright side that this little boy is alive and well

  • @amachuca1 The bright side is that the little boy is alive. The bright side has nothing to do with God.

  • An earthquake is awe inspiring. The souls of all who died are now with God. They may have left the earth via a natural disaster; but all of us will one day leave this earth, how ever it may be.

  • This little boy has captured my heart, and brought tears to my eyes at least a dozen times as I have watched this video. That little precious baby reaching his hands up and smiling, after 7 days buried without anyone touching him, loving him, tending to his hunger or fears or the darkness around him. He is a glimpse of God in a most dark time.

  • God truly is good. This encouraged my heart after watching so much death.

  • Funny how Christians think. So one little boy is saved, and God is good! So does that mean that with hundreds of thousands dead, God is bad?

  • no he's still good its not circumstantial

  • No, death is just a gateway to God. We will all die one day anyway.

  • everybody is looking at the bright side of this and you want to argue lame

  • this made my week!

  • This clip made my day.

  • Fantastic!! this shows how powerfull people can be, finding hapiness and joy amidst such devastation!!!
