you have to be 16 to buy paints in scotland, shakewell has opened elsewhere as far as i'm aware. the website has the new address and a handy wee map if you wanna get there. but there are other shops about scotland now, skinnycap in dundee and fat buddha on bathstreet in glasgow now sells lotsa paints.
