Yet Len doesnt care if middle-aged men choose never to be screened for PCa and risk ending up with incurable disease and huge medical costs. . For early + /or slow-growing, ask docs re: lifestyle improvements, prevention drug e.g. finasteride, Active Surveillance. If more aggressive, do your homework and decide.
