plyometrics is something you work on from step one and build, this guy is probally new to it and needs to understand and focus on the rythm even if its a as simple as stepping up onto a box and i highly sure that guy knows what hes doing because he looks like a certified personal trainer and didnt you hear him say "plyometrics is something you want to progress slowly in" before the guy even started lunging, its all about quality and u need to work into it slowly.
Reps are wayyy too slow & you need to stay on your toes throughout. The idea is to work concentric & eccentric contractions at a fast pace.
"Plyometrics are a great form of exercise for endurance athletes" plyos is a method of training used for fast explosive movements like a vertical jump.
This is the reason some athletes dont beleive in plyos, because of videos like this!!
lmao! Ian is the DJ. it was, and still is standard practice to release a cheesy radio friendly tune as a DJ and there usually singing in it, he just produced the track. but mostly he just plays tunes in clubs and festivals. get me? lol. kind of like basshunters
