  • Matthew, on the off-season before you start dieting New Years, what do you eat, the same stuff as when you diet just more of it to bulk? Or do you eat whatever you want (besides fast food, sweets, soda, etc..)? Wanting to know pal.

  • @jdjs45 If you remember what I ate while dieting - all that plus other things... much more fruit. I allow myself to go out to eat but of course remain conscious of how much fat is in food. more lenient macros... 50-75fat instead of contest 50grams. Pretty much what I want to eat as long as I feel I'm within my macros

  • That underhand grip tricep cable move is great as a finishing exercise. Your arms are really spectacular now with amazing separation. BTW, your workout buddy is looking really buff now too.

    maby the person with 20 years of experience fucked up 20 years long haha. swinging to let the dumbell hit the peak of the biceps because the full muscle contraction is the one that counts. i would rather swing and use a little lower back then fail hitting the full contraction.
