I only use my TV as a PC monitor and never watch live TV. The BBc gave me a refund and if you look on the back of recent TV licencing letter it clearly states that YOU DONT NEED A LICENCE AS LONG AS YOU DONT RECORD OR WATCH LIVE TV. Hope this helps,

1)Don't keep your TV anywhere it can be seen from out on the street. The sneaky bastards may try to photograph it.
2)Never answer your door without taking a quick peek first. Even if you accidentally run into them while coming or going, just don't let them in.
3)If you encounter them, reply to any questions with the words "I shit on your questions". This can be extremely satisfying.
4)Don't bother contacting them to deny you have a TV. It won't stop them harassing you.
