  • @koolkid684 @lanesmerge Sorry to all of you, but i get mine for free from Sprint (Airave Access point)

  • @amaurib Yes but doesn't the air wave require a monthly fee? I have just switched to AT&T and got an HTC TITAN. Don't have any dead spots where I work now.

  • @lanesmerge

hello lanesmerge, no im not paying any fee. the equipment was sent to me without any montly fee, deposit or nothing. cero, nada! :) . you just have to say some magic words if you are on contract :)....

  • @amaurib Well that is great! If you can get the Air Wave at no monthly fee that is definitely a positive.

  • Thanks for posting this. I found a used one on ebay for $63, I'm going to make the purchase!

  • This device only works on 3G not 4G and is great for maintaining voice and sms services in real bad signal areas. 3G internet connections seemed to drop out intermittently and made 3 G web surfing annoying and impracticable. Sorry to disappoint but true.

  • What download speeds are you getting on that thing at work? I tether my EVO 4G at work to my laptop but only get 2 bars and anywhere from .2 - .8 megs. Would love this for work.

  • @xFatherOfJoex I never clocked the speed in kilobytes but it seems to be slower than the 3G speed I get with out the booster. Seems like it pauses from time to time.

  • Sorry you wasted your money..I just got it on Amazon for $99! Great review though, thanks!
