I am an esthetician and I have clients that wonder about Accutane and its side effects. If they do go on Accutane, I recommend lots of water and "Badger Balm" for their lips. Oh, and every once in a while my skin get noticed if i did microdermabrasion coz my skin looks so smooth and the texture looks great. It's like night and day difference from what it used to. Now, i can touch my face & no worries about new bumps the next day. i always tell people who suffer acne on how i got rid of it coz i know the pain and now they're all history.

i told her that through years of researching what could it be. One day i told myself. theres something in me that's not working right. so read about liver cleansing then i stumbled to blood sugar metabolizers like Chromium Picolinate & Cinnamon Capsules. Cinnamon capsules makes your breath smells so good but i only take Chromium coz i dont want to take too many. My soapbar btw is teatree soap bar trader joes for $2+. i take chromium once daily 1000mcg.

Acne can last forever. it's called adult acne. I could never touch my face before coz i stimulate acne but now i love my skin. i suffered for 25 years til i learned about chromium picolinate. i suggest you to read about it in google. i was so depressed then. didn't wanna go out coz all i see WAS acne. My sister tho had perfect skin. i thought i was adopted. Now i have beautiful youthful skin. i told my laser aesthetician that how i healed my skin. cont>

Long-term use of accutane and antibiotics like docycline can ruin your liver. I had an expensive laser tx too and it worked for 6months then it came back as soon as i stopped the tx. I limit washing my face.. i don't soap my face as much i do before. if i wash my face i soap it once each wash.. unlike before i soap it for like 3 times. i learned that the more dry your face it gets the more oil it will produce. and it's true.

I don't worry about pimples anymore. i learned the saying that "you are what you eat".. so for years.. i noticed that if i eat too much sugar or drink soda,, i get pimples.. now ive been taking Chromium Picolinate it's a sugar metabolizer. Sudden intake of sugar could spike up hormone level that leads to pimples. also i drink tea detox 3 times a week.. good sleep.. now i have beautiful skin. sometimes i cheat coz i love soda/peanuts etc if i get an inflammation i applied topical aspirin cream.

Who ever goes on accutane, don't drink ay.. i thought it would be alright too so i went out, by 12:00 me and a few mates thought of the great idea to start downing redbull nd vodka's.. i woke up in some random old ute out the front of a house i'd never been to before, had no idea where i was or what happend that night. lost my brand new thongs, hat..and lost my sunnies nd iphone.. except i did have like a million $1 coins in my back pocket from the pokies..
