I have to say, I own this phone already two years. Till now I never saw a phone that could challenge this. It takes some time till u know how to use its functions. Its not for games or timekilling applications. Its a manager phone. I use it instead of notebook. Specially the MS Office app. are amazing. Internet browsing is as good as on the netbook. Displays clearly whole webpage due to amazing screen resolution. Just speakers and battery are its minus. Its not for kids. Its serious gear.

It first came out over in the UK, but the US has it now, both on Sprint & Verizon, I believe. If you wanna get it, definitely go with Verizon. Better 3G and better service.

I have recently come over some software that can be installed on HTC touch diamond that allows you to text sideways qwerty keyboard. I have no use for this because I am left handed and it is very hard to text with left hand using this interface. If you are a right handed user who wants to type sideways while texting send me a message on my youtube account. It is a cab file that is very easy to install on your HTC.

That is just the HTC today software, you don't have to use it. It's running Windows Mobile 6.1 underneath. Extremely well made PDA I must say.

Anyone wishing to get this phone i HIGHLY recommend. I was pretty much like most of yous here watching and reading reviews and I was like hrmm should i or shouldnt i get it. I ended up buying it and let me say it is the finest phone I've had by far. Don't be fooled by all these reviews that give a bad name to the phone because all they do is point out the smallest of problems and in all honesty, I have not had a single problem.
