I bought a special coffee for moкa "LavAzza club", then following the recommendations I have got perfect café, "but" without scum on the surface of café ...it disappears after a few seconds. Thanks
@lmontezemolo@2703tisha who says you have to use dark roast? that's a common misconception, and most coffee aficionados hate dark roast. it's like a well-done kobe beef. you taste carbon more than the coffee. That crema is good for a stovetop, but nothing compared to a Presso manual machine.
Can u use milk instead of milk?
