  • I can remember Beagrie bringing us back from 3-1 down at home to Barnsley in the FA Cup, he was a legend. Did he come from sheff utd for quarter of a million, lot of money then but worth every penny.

  • Beagrie was my hero. Still the most skillfull player to grace a stoke shirt since sir stan. biggest upset of my life when he was sold to everton. great goal this, stood with my dad at the back of the boothern.

    City Till I Die

  • Happy Days - look like they're coming back now though fellas ... GOOAARNNN

  • this was his first goal for stoke and the first time he did his flip pity the camera didnt pick it up,been looking for this for years.still waiting for mark steins two against manu

  • fantastic my fav stoke player and goal thanks for putting this on you have made my day

  • Beagrie was a wasted talent for Everton. On his day he was breathtaking, on other days hes was a complete letdown.

  • I remember reading the Sun the day Beagrie joined Everton (I was in Preston and it was the main back page news), and the late Alan Ball (who was Stoke manager at the time I believe) said that Beagrie was the best since Best. A bit of hyperbole from Bally but actually Beagrie was very talented

  • Christ, this guy's amazing. Beags is my hero

  • October 1st 1988. Camcorder from back of the stand.

  • When was this?
