  • k..

  • The ending was so sad!! D: I was hoping for a happy ending...

  • beautiful cinematography.

  • Some might say, the more people we slept with, the higher chance we ended up slept with one is positive and catching it. Sleeping with one, yes, but catching the virus, no if safer sex has been practiced. I have friends who are positive and they have negative long term partner, and they have sex of course. They sleep with their positive partner regularly, they probably have higher chance of catching the virus but they didn't by using precaution. The point is to play safe, not the times we play.

  • Nice story. But the camera's a little too shaky IMO.

  • ALL I KNOW IS DONT GO AROUND HAVING SEX END OF STORY KTHXBYE

  • so slow so boring and uninteresting totally!!!

  • Gosh some of u guys really need sex education. As a HIV specialist I would say we have concentrated epidemics and it is led in many countries by the heterosexual route and its good that gay community man up (which is more likely than the more "man-er" hetero) and admit that the route of HIV epidemics is due to unsafe sex. Trying to cast stigma on gay community is not gonna bring down the HIV epidemic transmission. But stigma does and have been shown time and time again in a lot of studies..

  • Conversation with Jimmy: Most heartbreaking.

  • I really like this film and liked that it was open-ended

  • it was an amazing short film, really good. but thing is, did the main character contract aids or not? either way, it was an amazing job well done.

  • @fuckliao Um, here's some news for you: a gay couple who have anal sex with condoms are at much lesser risk than a straight couple who have vaginal sex without condoms. So all your nonsense about how anal sex is more risky is moot when you can eliminate this risk by using protection.

  • @daniregal: thumbs up! People should grow up and allowed to comment such mature topic. Seriously everyone here is doing their part as humans to support nature of life.

  • It's so real, guys better watch up!!!!

  • Would you look past the gender role of the characters and focus more on the message which happens to be PLAY SAFE if you didn't get it, not the fact that homosexuals are the person who gets HIV it can happen in heterosexual couples too. it's just what i think but the characters are male probably because the country that made this is more conservative and since the topic is based on the dangers of unprotected sex it's more inappropriate to put a naked women in there as opposed to a half naked guy

  • It's a great film but I do feel that it's stereotypical to say that the "Gay Community" is responsible for the spread of HIV.

  • @Miffypoot I don't think they're saying they're responsible, it's just this film is geared towards the gay community. :)

  • i remember this short film and watching it some time back and met the cast .

  • It seemed that the lead took 'post-exposure prophylaxis' pills given by Jimmy after the session...so he turned out negative...and learnt his lesson to play safe...It must be a happy Anniversary "paper" gift to his bf.... How sweet!!! Envious.....

  • They cute guys:) , the message was clear Play Safe!!!!

  • Based one the letter in the video, it shouldn't be positive.

  • hahaha wtf kelvin ong!

  • it made total sense...

this is relevant, to say the least...

it is our responsibility, to friends, partners and ourselves.

    we should definitely get tested.

  • That was gross. sorry.

  • @invinciblemode in what sense?

  • @millionaireterence the gay part.

  • @invinciblemode how is the gay part gross?

  • stay smart, start safe for who loves you~ i think this word is more suitable for this video~ faithful vs wild sex pleasure are always hard to handle but better be wise or will hv eternity hurt

  • at the end that guy got infected by HIV or not?

  • @jadore75120 i think dont have leh...he just cried and wordless he is safe. the paper is a anniversary gift to bf that he is negative.

  • @terry81 Yes, it's negative. That is why it is annivessary gift written on the envelope.

  • pretty good actors.

  • Once again, another engaging clip from Singapore's local talent. Very apt to commemorate World Aids Day.

  • @fuckliao Heterosexual transmission is on the rise and accounts for a majority of transmissions in a lot of countries. Be careful, your stupidity is showing.

  • @daniregal You stupid fuck. The mechanics of the biology of anal sex plainly shows transmission is many times more probable than heterosexual acts. What's the fucking deal just admit it. You guys are causing the shit.

  • @fuckliao Read the news, before trying to act smart. And not only homosexuals have anal sex. BTW, joke's on you, I'm neither male nor gay. It's pathetic for you to try and be a homophobic keyboard warrior here, you're only making yourself look stupider with each comment you post. :-)

  • @daniregal @fuckliao please read the HIV statistics published by MOH

  • @daniregal The joke's on me only if i feel the joke's on me. You get back in your kitchen and make your sandwich you insignificant piece of trash. The reason why this topic always goes in circles is because of people like you.

Straight people do have anal sex but homo guys can ONLY HAVE ANAL SEX. Assuming both kinds of couples have sex a constant number of times. ITS OBVIOUS THE HOMO COUPLE IS GOING TO HAVE MORE ANAL SEX THAN THE STRAIGHT YOU FUCKING STUPID MORONIC RETARD. lol

  • @fuckliao Hahahaha, nobody said they don't engage in anal sex more, so what are you trying to prove?

p.s research also shows that homophobia is nothing more than a homosexual in denial. ;-) GG.

  • @daniregal Hahahaha, you're retarded. And delusional. And still growing up of course.

  • @fuckliao @daniregal @benboyx @wooots77

    please read the article

    my.psychologytoday(dot)com/files/u47/Henry_et_al.pdf

  • ARGH! The ending is so Inception! Does the top stop? Or does it spin?!

  • Good enough ending I think. It is no point to demonized group sex and make it like a reason to catch HIV. Remember, you only need to get it from one person. The number of people we slept with doesn't directly related to the chance of getting infected. As longas the message of safer sex has got across. The first anniversary gift is paper, that makes perfect sense.

  • @benboyx many stories made sense. This made sense in many levels. Though it hardly touches the sensitive parts. Demonizing? Don't think so. We know it exist. Why not show it as it is? :)

  • @benboyx lmao. so go sleep with more people. hahaha as usualy. retarded homo

  • could have been better with a proper ending. but still... nice one... wanting to see the ending...

  • @ybleow It's meant for the Gay Community.

  • I prefer to see it as open-ended. It would be really depressing that he had gotten AIDS. If he didn't, at least that fear had shaken him up and he has learned from it. The boyfriend did ask him what is this -- if it was a paper proclaiming him that he had HIV, I think it would be pretty clear and the boyfriend wouldn't have asked anything. But yup, the possibility that the other way could go too. So :) great short!

  • I think it is safe to infer that the lead got infected with HIV. Firstly, when the bf called the classmate, the girl expressed regret in her non-intended silly statement "I'm positive". Secondly, this is to commemorate world AIDS day. I don't think having the lead get away with orgy(ies) coupled with drug use is the right message they want to get across. This video probably exemplifies the idea of fidelity and safe sex. So if he didn't contract HIV, is this short film suggesting taking chances?

  • the ending.. for us, not really important to know that he's infected or not... the important thing is we got the message to play safe always..

  • really thoughtful ending. works both ways. which ending would you want yourself to be in if you're in his shoes?

  • That's sweet.

  • Really good video , shared it on facebook already .

  • i sent this as a xmas gift to my friends. big THANKS to all who made this video possible.

a bit draggy for my liking~ hmms.. so was the main actor infected in the end? Didn't quite get the ending... hmms..

  • @jl3487 yea.... i din really get the ending too....

  • @jl3487

  • this is beautiful. thank you for making this. the AFA can learn from you, imho

  • @neosweelin This short film is presented by Action for AIDS.

  • It would be great if we able to create in various races and spread it even more awareness.
