  • 0:19 CHEESE! XD

  • George nearly pushed John out in front of a car D:

  • they were doing drugs. you can clearly see

  • @Halcyon1993 whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat???

    C'mon...they're just having fun...

If they are right there, I'm 80 % of my day ;)

  • Damn shame George and his brothers smoked. Their dad, Harold Sr. died from emphysema. He was a heavy smoker. Only Lou and Louise were nonsmokers in the Harrison house.

George was tall and fine and Louise said he looked like her dad, John French Sr. Her dad was Irish and was born in 1870 in County Wexford.

  • I love them all! They are so crazy, funny, and talented. Have a bad day? These four are the best cure! And at 0:15 George is smoking into the microphone and Paul sorta looks down and then looks away like 'what are you doing George? Oh well whatever'! XD

  • 00:19 SMILE!

  • puede alguien traducirlo al español plz xd es qe no logro entender nada :(

  • I can watch this over and over again

  • I think the saying "Boys will be boys" was derived from the Beatles. They're just little troublemakers XD. They're such geniuses really, to be so young and able to write songs like that, SING, play, and yet be witty and funny and wreckless on the side.

  • Woo up the Irish - so cool how they pretty much all have links to Ireland. Not sure about Ringo but I've come across few Starkeys here :D

  • SHIT! I was born in the wrong era! ;_;

  • 0:20 Awwww ♥

  • @misscarly12 John is too cabbage at that minute. :D♥

  • <3 George & Paul

George had strong ties to the Emerald Isle. Louise took her little Harrisons to Ireland many times because she had a passel of relatives there. Her dad was born in Ireland.

  • <3 George and Ringo! ;)

  • George, all wavy hair and boyish charm was so adorable. I just WISH the boys hadn't smoked!

George was such a beautiful man.

  • Hahahahah. Ahhhh. John's so funny at 44/45...he's adorable, and so r all the rest. Lol, wth is George doing trying to blow smoke into the microphone?? :) *rolls eyes* of course something he would do... :D I luv how they're all just mucking around, and being themselves, having a laugh. It's cool. :D

    -3 The Beatles

  • hahahahah. ahhhh. john's so funny at 44/45. he's adorable, and so r all the rest. wth is geroge doin trying to blow smoke into the microphone?? :) *rols eyes* just something he would do... i luv how there all just mucking around, and being themselves. Its cool. :D

  • love how 56 seconds is considered the long version

  • Wow Beatle Bangs, I did not know Guiliano faked his death. I am curious about George's background. Maybe its the pictures, but sometimes his dad had a slight olive complexion, I was wondering it he had a little Gypsy in him.

  • Thanks , you are so right they have billions of bios, someone will get the facts wrong. I'm not a diehard fan, so I don't go scoping out everything on them unless it interests me since I enjoy their tunes so much. Although I could have sworn George stated that he had some French roots. Being England, like America everyone is mixed with a little everything. I did not know most of the members were raised Roman Catholic either.

  • @cherrypop1771

Actually, Louise French Harrison had the surname of French before marrying Harold Harrison Sr. Louise French's dad was born in Ireland. As for Geoffrey Guiliano, he faked his death during 9/11, so he is not the most beloved person. George was 1/4 Irish.

  • Ugh, Ringo's laugh is so... beautifully Ringo akdjfak I love it

  • ohhh ringo. <3

  • This is on the curragh planes where I live!!!!! I climbed that hill behind them!!!

  • @thefluffydaisy hi are u sure its in the curragh ? i read in a book that this took place on the dublin belfast road. that would make sense as they played belfast in 63, dont think they played curragh direction. have u a photo of the hill ?

  • Oh,John...

  • 0:45 and 0:51...shows ..JOHn ws an Angel on Earth...

  • Louise French Harrison was half-Irish. Her dad, John French Sr. was born in Ireland. Paul McCartney had Irish on both sides of his family tree. In John's case, it was patrilineal. Ringo has no known Irish ancestry, although I read many years ago that the name "Starkey" supposedly comes from the Shetland Islands.

  • @BeatleBangs1964

I read in one of his bios, Dark Horse I think George has partial Italian descent also. Ringo is partly Jewish and I think John has some Scottish ancestary. Mrs. Harrison was 1/2 French also.

  • @cherrypop1771

Geoffrey Guiliano is not a reliable source and the Beatle Literati are not impressed with him. There are inaccuracies in every damn single book he ever wrote about the Fabs.

Louise French had an Irish dad and an English mother. As far as we know, Harold Sr. was English. Ringo said he wasn't Jewish in 1964 when a bloke from the British Chronicle rang him and asked if he was. John's mother Julia Stanley did have Scottish ancestry.

  • The Beatles are interviewed by Ulster Television on the Dundalk-to-Newry road, on the way to their Belfast gig 8 November 1963.

  • esses lindos :3

  • Awwwwwwww, they're much too cute to be out without a permit. Killers.

  • Ringo's laugh is the sexiest sound I have ever heard.

  • @xBeatlesMadnessx3

George and Paul had the sexy laughs. George was such a sexpot and Paul still isone. George was so fine, with his thick wavy hair from Harold Sr. and his beautiful cheekbones from Louise and her dad. George's beautiful face was a gift from Louise and her dad. He had Harrison wavy hair and eyes, but the rest of that boy was French. He was Harold Sr. from the eyes up (and he had Harrison ears), but he was Louise French from his fine nose down. He was such a beautiful man.

  • 0:00 George pushes John into moving traffic

  • @afrobeatle10 Lol. yeah. Homicide is so cute when the Beatles do it.:D

  • 0:15 George.....?

  • WTF is John doing at 0:46. He's too much!

  • John at 0:19 with Ringo...so cute.

  • there so amazing

  • Beatles rules, fuck off the rest

  • THE ARE SO CUTE!

  • They weren't doing drugs in 63 guys. This is just young boys being silly.

  • @Lubbylove89 I agree with you. They were naturally funny guys and I hate when people see drugs behind every single interview.

  • @Lubbylove89 they did diet pills and booze to keep playing for hours in hamburg...

  • @MetrazolElectricity Yeah I'm aware of the pushers they took to keep energized. I'm talking aout pot, lsd, things like that.

  • @Lubbylove89 pills are drugs too but i get what you were saying. theyre not tripping here

  • @Lubbylove89 they were taking pills based on amphetamine since their 12 hours long performances in Hamburg

  • Comment removed

  • @www0irishfiddle0ie They did drugs years before Hamburg??? When? When they were 12? lol

  • Who cares if they're stoned or not? They are The Beatles!!!!!

  • RINGO'S LAUGH AT :35 IS SO ASDFGHJKL

  • "and six cars were arrested" they were stoned out of their FUCKING MINDS.

  • George, you should have given up the cigarettes--it's what killed you mate! (if I only had a time machine!) And btw, it's Preludin (Prellies) that they took and no pot until Bob Dylan turned them on in '65.

  • Have the Beatles ever given a bad interview except for John's "bigger than Jesus" gaffe?

  • es cierto, la cara de paul cuando pasa el auto... es tan tierno, como lo amo!

  • Haha. Paul's face is so concerned when George pushes John onto the road. That's probably what I looked like too :S And what's with the weird twang at the start?

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • there are girls nearby....That's why they're acting weird! I'm sure you can hear giggling in the background.

  • George was 1/4 Irish. His maternal grandfather was from County Wexford. Louise was 1/2 Irish, Anglo-Irish. Harold Sr. was English. Paul had Irish ancestry on both sides of his family. John also had Irish ancestry. Ringo is the only Beatle who did not. He had Scottish ancestry - the name Starkey is said to have originated from the Shetland Islands.

  • john is acting like a school girrl lol :) 0:19

  • 0:13 Paul llama la atencion a George!! jajajaja

  • UGHH HOW CAN THREE MEN BE SO SEXY??

  • @SarahAngelx There's four. Which one isn't? ;)

  • george is like : six cars got arrested , lol

  • lol why is george trying to blow smoke into the microphone.

    =D hes so adorable !!

  • 0:20 sweet moment

  • dude look at george fukkin hit that ciggerate awwwwww man he doesnt fukk around hahahahahahaha

  • George and Paul were always so adorable. George had beautiful wavy hair. Well said, mrsradx. :) The boys' banter was always a treat to listen to.

  • George's face at 0:05

  • i love how george says "from Russia with love" after the hair comment, and then paul's like "shhhh! don't talk about Russia!" LOL I love how even back then they were so irreverent and played with people's stupid prejudices.

  • i love this video! :D

But about the drug dispute, I believe the only drugs they had done up to this point was lots, and lots, and LOTS of preludin.

  • uhg.

they were so freaking adorable it hurts.

  • oh my god they are so adorable:)

  • loooooove the way paul says "Shut up" and John and Ringo at 0:20. George stop smoking, will ya? He looks cute though :D

  • they're so cute... I love the Beatles in their black & white days

  • that's one of the cutest this I've ever seen *-*

  • CUTE 0:21

What the HELL is Ringo doing? 0:24

  • @Krysta911 At first I was like, what the heck is he doing? Then I was like, .... *__________*

  • Does anyone else think George blowing smoke in the microphone is sexy? no. oh.

  • @Krysta911 I do aw yeah.

  • Ringo's laugh @ 0:35 <3

  • George Harrison's maternal grandfather,John French Sr. was born in County Wexford, Ireland. Paul has Irish ancestry on both sides of his family tree. John Lennon's dad had Irish ancestry. This is such a treat!

75% of the Beatles were Anglo-Irish. Only Ringo did not have Irish ancestry that could be proved/determined.

  • If you have a spare minute to check out some new music please have a listen to us and tell us what you think. We know everybody hates advertising but how are you gonna discover new bands if you don't have a look around now and again?

We've only been going a few months and could use all the help we can get.

    Thanks for your time

  • George! don't try to get John killed by car! then George is like suicide

  • george is so funny!

  • hahaha :28 and six car were arrested

  • Some dude at my school was like "the beatles never did drugs, dude" and i was like really? because they got the lyrics for octopuses garden and lucy in the sky with diamonds just from being around right? ahaha dumby.

  • when George push John @ the beginning...

    John says: YouR SICK!!!

    ahahaha!!! the best!!

  • "Don't talk about Russia"...lol

  • It's almost as though their music is an amazing bonus. You don't even have to enjoy their music to love The Beatles.

  • lol paul has to tell george to stop blowing smoke into the mic haha

every interview george is always doing some thing different.. you have to keep your eyes on him to catch it (:

  • I love how John grabs Ringo and faces him toward the camera and smiles!! It cracks me up every time I see it

  • lol George blowing smoke on the microphone

  • Ziegfeld1027 sorry sorry sorry! That's what one of my friends told me. Well, then again, that friend told me that she had 2,000 dollars in the bank. :P, oh well. Sorry!

  • I get it! Blowing smoke into mic... he is BLOWING SMOKE! Zing, anyone?

  • Was george trying to smoke in to the mic? XD

  • i cant stop cracking up laughing at 0:45. John goes "shhhhhh," turns arounds, and like swoops down at and angle. haha it reminds me of an escalator. hahah. just watch john hahha.

  • i absolutly love their accents!!!! especially when paul goes "shut up, i love that." the way he said it, especially the way he said love:) ahhhh im a sucker for foreign accents.

  • george is off his tits haha

  • What is George doing to the mike?

  • look at paul face when he said 'shut up' to ringo...so cute hahahaa... i love them

  • Haha Paul at 0:26 "Love dat audience!"

  • I think this is probably 1964 - sort of Hard Days Night era by the fashions and hair?

  • were they trying to push John into the car at the beginning o.o? lol

  • i love when john and ringo smiles at the camera

  • What iz George doing at the beginning? Lol

  • Thumbs up~ they all are of good, Irish stock! :)

  • They were such big goofs but then again hot lol i wuvv themm

  • OMG overload hotness!!!! lol i luv my Beatles!!!

  • So cute. George strangely blowing smoke into a mike. He seems uncharacteristically restless..acting like a little kid who has to be gently admonished by his older "brother", Paul. Sweet. Love when John grabs Ringo and they face the camera. Didn't hear any talk of politics by John, as someone else said. Just four young men having a laugh, and apparently, a few inside jokes that only they knew. Gotta love them.

  • George is uncharacteristically obnoxious here: blowing into the mic and I think he also mocks "love dat audience" at 0:28. Paul plays the straight man. John introduces a bit of politics as might be expected, with his reference to "both bits" of Ireland. Overall, they seem to be having a good time on tour.

  • @ptaaffe He's not being obnoxious, he's being a goofball. :P

  • they were totally stoned here! especially george. but still, you got to love the beatles!

  • @LadyScorpio39, Actually, as this is 1963, they hadn't even tried pot yet. No drugs - just their wacky selves. =)

  • @Trufaecacau Well, they're always very honest about which drugs they took and when they took them. Yes, they all eventually tried coke etc, of course, but not by 1963. Honestly, if they DID, they would have SAID. At this point they'd taken predulin and uppers etc. to keep themselves going in Hamburg, but really nothing else. They said that at this point they were really anxious even of weed. Maybe you shouldn't say what you don't know, either. As Paul said "only four people know the truth".

  • @msradx preladin "prellies"

  • @Trufaecacau Well, it's pretty well documented that they smoked pot for the first time with Bob Dylan in NYC, and as they didn't go to America until 1964, no, actually, they HADN'T been stoned at this point. They had taken a lot of uppers when they were playing clubs in Hamburg before they made it big, so yeah, they'd done drugs, but more as a way to stay awake through a crazy schedule at this point. Most of the recreational use came a couple years later.

  • @Trufaecacau "don't say what you don't know" Take your own advice, you're absolutely clueless!

  • @msradx Yes folks, you can be naturally excited..yet another silly question about their hair. The press was bad,no matter where they traveled. No wonder they disliked the press.Who can blame them? Great film for them, though!

  • @msradx thats not true they did alot of drugs in the early years like in hamburg

  • @lordrunken You're mistaken. They took pills to help them stay awake and give them energy while in Hamburg. They weren't doing drugs then.

  • @lordrunken you are correct good sir

  • @LadyScorpio39 Yeah this was the days when touring was still fun and the group were still maturing to being on the road with the rising levels of fame. One thing which is usually missed is that Alun Owen the script writer of A Hard Days Night was with the band during the Dublin and Belfast concerts and he was present to observe their behaviour and speech to enable him to write a suitable script for the film.

  • @LadyScorpio39 oh, i don't think they're stoned:D

  • @LadyScorpio39 they didnt do marajana then theyre just being funny

  • @LadyScorpio39 lol na the first time they smoked weed was on august 25 1964 search on youtube, bob dylan beatles weed :)

  • i love ringos smile, with john at :19

  • They're so beautiful....

  • @inuyasha491 He acts like an adult here. But, I actually heard in a documentary that George acted more mature than Paul and John did, so that is ironic.

  • I love Ringo's laugh!! Haha. ^^

  • haha they r all so funny i think john has A.D.D or somethin

  • i love when john hauls ringo out of the way and the smile he makes is priceless

    !!!! love them!

  • LOL at George blowing smoke on the microphone.

  • I don't understand the joke when Ringo says "I said to Paul, whats happening!" and everybody laughs and Paul says Shut up? Does anyone else get it?

  • @ziegfeldgirl027, haha, nahhh. I think we just have to accept they have their own jokes and language between themselves. and they had code-language as well, so you never know, they might be speaking that!! I mean what's "don't talk about russia" all about as well?! XD

  • @msradx The Russia gag can be explained - John quips that the interviewer looks like Matt Monro because of his hair, Matt monro sang from russia with love, which explains Georges quip.

  • @msradx I agree. They were all friends so they had their own inside jokes and things.

  • @msradx It may have been to do with the cold War en all that.... but Pauls saying it in the joking sense I think, The other bit has got to be in reference to an incident that must have happened when they played at the Adelphia Theatre in Dublin the night before.... but again Ringo could just be joking about getting locked in the dressing room and asking Paul what's happening i.e the fans mania.

  • @msradx The don't talk about russia thing is because of the war going on at the time, what with russia being all scary and everything.

  • @ziegfeldgirl027 They thought the american slang "What's happening?" was ridiculous at the time, I think maybe it was a new phrase? Therefore it was funny to them -- watch The Beatles First US Visit, there's a couple moments of fun-poking at "what's happening" there as well

  • @ziegfeldgirl027 what i think it is, is i think that their talking bout stuff in ireland, and paul is irish

    just like meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • @jirvine13 OK Paul is not Irish. He was born in Liverpool, as were both his parents. He is English.

  • Comment removed

  • Haha it's like "George, stop being George for a second!" Lol they're all so cute.

  • ahahah!!! awwwww geore!! :D nobody listens to him!!

    love ya george!! xD

  • haha . Does Paul say shut up at 0:37 to Ringo. Rofll <3 gotta love Paul [;

  • @HereThereAndBeatles

    yes! yes he does LOL

  • @HereThereAndBeatles but in a joking way!

  • at thne begning does George push John into to street so he can get hit by a car LOL! then John was like thats sick lol!

  • @BigFanJimCarrey23 LOL yea XD

  • The hell?

Those boys were so strange, even without drugs.

Especially George, with his odd disconnected remarks.

  • @MadelinAro lolz!!! thats exactly y i absolutly looove george!!! XD

  • Thank you for posting this.
